شعبة ضمان الجودة و تقويم الاداء تقيم ندوة حول شرح دليل الملفات التقويمية لتقويم الاداء والاستمارات المحدثة لها للتدريسيين والموظفين للعام الدراسي 2017-2018

  

بحضور عميد الكلية وكالة الاستاذ مساعد الدكتور حسن احمد حسن اقامت شعبة ضمان الجودة و تقويم الاداء ت في كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة (ابن الهيثم) ندوة حول شرح دليل الملفات التقويمية لتقويم الاداء والاستمارات المحدثة لها للتدريسيين والموظفين للعام الدراسي 2017/2018 على قاعة المرحوم الاستاذ الدكتور فهد علي حسين.

وادار الندوة كل من أ.م.د علاء حاكم محسن و أ.م.د. جنان عدنان عبد اللطيف وبحضور وفد زائر من قسم ضمان الجودة وتقويم الاداء الجامعي في رئاسة جامعة بغداد.

وتضنت الندوة واشتملت الندوة على عدة محاور منها:-

1. عرض التعليمات والضوابط الخاصة بالملفات التقويمية الخاصة بوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.

2. شرح دليل ضوابط ملف تقويم الاداء للتدريسين والموظفين للعام 2017/2018

3.  شرح وتوضيح فقرات الاستمارات المحدثة للتدريسيين والموظفين للعام الدراسي 2017/2018 وكيفية ملئها.

4. حث التدريسيين على اهمية توثيق النتاجات العلمية وبشكل دقيق.

واستهلت الندوة بعرض التعليمات والضوابط الخاصة بهذا الملف والصادرة من وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي ثم تم التطرق الى المحاور المذكورة اعلاه وتم عرض بور بوينت بالدليل الخاص بملف تقييم الاداء للتدريسيين والعاملين وعرض انواع الاستمارات وكيفية ملئ الفقرات الخاصة بكل محور من محاور الاستمارات, وبعدها دارت العديد من المناقشات والاسئلة حول هذا الموضوع .

وخرجت الندوة بعدة توصيات اهمها:

ضرورة توثيق النتاج العلمي للتدريسيين والموظفين.

ضرورة فتح سجل للتدريسيين والموظفين في كل قسم لتدوين النشاطات الخاصة في استمارة تقييم الاداء.

حث اعضاء اللجان على العمل على اكمال انجاز ملئ الاستمارات الخاصة بالمنتسبين لهذا العام

.ضرورة الالتزام بالتوقيت الزمني لملئ الاستمارات ورقياً والكترونياً.

وحضر الندوة السيد عميد الكلية والسادة المعاونين ورؤساء الاقسام العلمية وعدد من التدريسيين والموظفين واعضاء اللجان الخاصة بهذا الملف

Quality Assurance and Performance Assessment Division holds a Seminar on the Explanation of the Manual of Evaluation Files for Evaluation of Performance and Updated Forms for Teaching Staff for the Academic Year 2017-201

With the attendance of acting dean Asst.prof.Dr.Hassan Ahmed Hassan,the division of quality assurance and performance evaluation in college of education for pure science (Ibn Al-Haitham) held a seminar entitled (Quality Assurance and Performance Assessment Division holds a Seminar on the Explanation of the Manual of Evaluation Files for Evaluation of Performance and Updated Forms for Teaching Staff for the Academic Year 2017-2018)at the hall of the late Dr.Fahad Ali Hussein.The seminar managed by Asst.prof.Dr.Ala’a Hakim Muhsen ,Asst.prof.Dr.Jinan Adnan Abdulatif with the attendance of a delegation from the unit of Quality assurance and university performance in the deanship of Baghdad university

The symposium included the following topics

Display instructions and controls for the files of the calendar of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research

Explanation of the manual of the performance evaluation file for teachers and employees for 2017/2018

Explain the updated forms of teachers and staff for the academic year 2017/2018 and how to fill them

Urge the teaching staff of the importance of scientific documentation and accurate

The seminar was opened with the introduction of the instructions and controls for this file issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research then was addressed to the above mentioned axes and Port Point was presented in the guide to the file performance evaluation for teachers and employees and the presentation of forms and how to fill the paragraphs for each axis of the forms, Discussions and questions on this topic

The symposium came out with several recommendations, the most important of which are:

The need to document the scientific output of  teaching staff

The need to open a register of teachers and staff in each section to record the special activities in the performance evaluation form

Urge members of the committees to work on completing the completion of the forms for beneficiaries this year

It is necessary to adhere to the time schedule to fill the forms in paper and electronically

The symposium was attended by the dean of college ,dean’s assistants, the heads of scientific departments ,numbers of teachers ,employees and the members of committees
