الامن الغذائي والسلامة الغذائية في العراق 2018

نظم قسم علوم الحياة في كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة (ابن الهيثم) محاضرة علمية حول ( الامن الغذائي والسلامة الغذائية في العراق 2018) حاضر فيها التدريسي في القسم المدرس خليل محسن مهدي على قاعة الندوات في القسم وبحضور تدريسيي القسم.

واستهل المحاضر محاضرته بالتعريف بمفهوم الامن الغذائي على انه حصول كل السكان على الغذاء الكافي والسليم في كل الاوقات حتى في وقت الازمات وبيان علاقته بالتنمية المستدامة .

وبين المحاضر مصادر الغذاء بالعراق هي الزراعة والتجارة والثروة الحيوانية والسمكية والاستيراد . وان العراق يعتمد حاليا اعتماد كبير و اساسي على استيراد الغذاء من الخارج اضافة الى عرض العلاقة بين التغذية والتعليم والحالة التغذوية والصحية في العراق.

اضافة الى عرض نتائج دراسة خلصت الى اهمية الدور الذي تقوم به الجهات الصحية والجهات الساندة لها في الحد من التلوث الغذائي واهمية وزارة الزراعة ودورها الفعال في تحقيق الامن الغذائي ودور المواطن في نشر الوعي الصحي والتغذوي .

The department of Biology holds a seminar entitled (Food Security and Food Safety in Iraq 2018

The department of Biology in college of education for pure science (Ibn Al-Haitham)held a seminar entitled (The Food Security and Food safety in Iraq 2018)read by the instructor Khalil Mouhsen Mahdi at the hall of seminars .The lecturer identified the food security that

Whole populations must get the adequate and enough food at all time even in crisis time and its relationship with the sustainable development.

The lecturer showed to the sources of food in Iraq which are agriculture, trade, the livestock, fish wealth and import. Now, Iraq depends greatly and basically on import the food greatly in addition to show the relation between the nutrition, education, and the nutrition and health state in Iraq.

The study results showed to the important role of health and support side to prevent the nutrition pollution, the importance of Agriculture university, its effective role in achieving security food ,the role of citizens in spreading the health and nutrition awareness
