وحدة اعتماد المختبرات تنظم ورشة عمل حول كيفية كتابة تقرير التقييم الذاتي لمختبرات الاقسام

نظمت وحدة اعتماد المختبرات التابعة لشعبة ضمان الجودة وتقويم الاداء الجامعي في كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة (ابن الهيثم) ورشة عمل بعنوان (كيفية كتابة تقرير التقييم الذاتي لمختبرات الاقسام) حاضر فيها مسؤول الشعبة أ.م.د علاء حاكم محسن ومسؤولة الوحدة أ.م.د جنان عدنان عبد اللطيف) بحضور عميد الكلية أ.د. حسن احمد حسن وعدد من تدريسيي الكلية ومنتسبي المختبرات .

واشتملت الورشة على مجموعة محاور تمثلت بتوضيح مفهوم تقرير التقويم الذاتي للمختبرات  و اهمية كتابة تقارير التقييم الذاتي للمختبرات اضافة الى شرح الية تحليل سوات من حيث نقاط القوة والضعف والفرص والتهديدات وكيفية وضع مقترحات وخطوات التحسين للمختبرات .

وتضمنت الورشة ايضا التطرق الى عرض المحاور المذكورة اعلاه عرض تقديمي قام به المحاضرون لنماذج من التقارير الخاصة بالتقييم الذاتي, وبعدها دارت العديد من المناقشات والاسئلة حول هذا الموضوع .

خرجت الورشة بعدة توصيات اهمها:-

1. الاسراع بكتابة التقرير الذاتي لمختبرات كل الاقسام.

2. العمل على توحيد تقارير التقييم الذاتي بالشروع بكتابة تقرير التقييم الذاتي لمختبرات الكلية.

3. حث اللجان المعنية بكتابة هذه التقارير على انجاز العمل بالسرعة الممكنة.

The Laboratory Accreditation Unit organizes a workshop on how to write a self-assessment report for the departmental laboratories

The laboratory accreditation unit in the division of quality assurance and university performance  evaluation was organized a workshop on how to write the self –assessment  report for the departments laboratories by Asst.prof.Dr.Ala’a Hakim Mouhsen and Asst.prof.Dr.Genan Adnan Abdullatif .This workshop was attended by the dean of college prof.Dr.Hassan Ahmed Hassan ,the lecturers from the laboratories and college

The workshop included series of items which was explained the concept of assessment   the self report of laboratories ,the importance of writing this evaluation as well as explaining the  strengths and  weaknesses points, opportunities, threats and how to develop proposals and steps for improvement the  laboratories

 :The recommendations of the workshop are

Speed in writing the self-report of all departments’ laboratories

Standardization the self-assessment reports by initiating the writing of the self-assessment report for the college laboratories

Urge the committees to write these reports to complete the work as soon as possible
