The optical properties measurements showed that the thin films (AIT) have<\/span><\/h3>\n

High absorbance over the visible region wavelengths of (400-700 nm). The<\/span><\/h3>\n

Calculated energy gap in the case of allowed direct transition showed that a low<\/span><\/h3>\n

value of energy gap when increase the thickness and annealing temperature ,<\/span><\/h3>\n

Lower value of the energy gap is<\/span><\/h3>\n

Gated at thickness of (150nm) and annealing<\/span><\/h3>\n

Temperature of (673 K) was about (1.28 eV).<\/span><\/h3>\n

Optical constants such us absorption coefficient, extinction coefficient,<\/span><\/h3>\n

Refraction coefficient and dielectric constant (real and imaginary parts) where<\/span><\/h3>\n

Calculated as a function \u00a0of wavelength.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The electrical properties measurements showed that all thin films (AIT) have<\/span><\/h3>\n

Two mechanisms to the electronic transition, therefore they have two activation<\/span><\/h3>\n

Energy, the first activation energy be during the temperature range of (300 – 405<\/span><\/h3>\n

) K, while the second activation energy be during the temperature range (405 –<\/span><\/h3>\n

490) K. The Hall Effect results showed that all thin films where of the (P-type),<\/span><\/h3>\n

Annealing temperature rises up lead to a decreased in Hall coefficient and a high<\/span><\/h3>\n

Concentration of charge carriers. When increasing thickness, the higher value of<\/span><\/h3>\n

concentration of charge carriers was at thickness of (300 nm).<\/span><\/h3>\n

By use thermal evaporation technology in vacuum, a solar cell where<\/span><\/h3>\n

manufactured from heterojunction (p-<\/span><\/h3>\n

deposition of the composite alloy thin films (AIT) with deferent thicknesses on a<\/span><\/h3>\n

single crystal silicon substrate with direction (111) of the (n-type).<\/span><\/h3>\n

While (capacity- voltage) characteristics outputs proved that the manufactured<\/span><\/h3>\n

Junction was abrupt type, , increasing thickness and annealing temperature leads<\/span><\/h3>\n

to decrease the depletion layer and decrease value of the internal build-potential<\/span><\/h3>\n
