Abstract<\/span><\/h3>\n

\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The current research aims to build a training program according to the thinking of the biology teachers in the secondary and middle schools of the Karbala holy Education Directorate, and to verify its impact in the motivation Orientation of their education and the smart thinking of their students.<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 This can be verified by building the program objectively and training teachers, as well as through the following two zero assumptions:<\/span><\/h3>\n

There is no statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average score of the experimental group and the biology teachers who participated in the training program in accordance with the productive thinking and the average score of the control group, the teachers and the biology teachers who did not participate in the training program.<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0 There is no significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average score of the experimental group students and biology teachers who participated in the training program according to the thinking produced and the average score of the control group students and teachers of biology who did not participate in the training program in the scale of thinking smart.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The researcher adopted a partial experimental design of two equal groups, one of which is experimental, subject to the training program, and the other is a control unit that is not subject to the program with the post-test measure of the motivational orientations of the teachers and the intelligent thinking of their students according to the nature, objectives and variables of the research.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The current research community includes the teachers and teachers of Biology of the preparatory stage of the secondary and preparatory schools of the General Directorate for the Education of Karbala for the academic year (2017-2018). The sample size was 42 teachers and schools, (21 years), the researcher conducted the equivalence of the two sets of research variables (years of service, certificate, training courses, gender, previous information and the scale of trends of motivation of education) The researcher also tried to control some non-experimental variables that may affect the safety of the proposed training program. (10) Students were selected for each teacher of the research sample from non-recruits in their class randomly to apply the measure of thinking smart after the completion of the application of the training program. The number of students in the sample was 420 students.<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The researcher conducted the equivalence of the students with variables (age of months, intelligence, previous achievement). The training program was built in three stages \u00a0(Planning, implementation, evaluation) and then presenting the program in its preliminary form to a group of arbitrators to verify it before starting to apply it, and benefit from their observations and make the necessary adjustments.<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The results showed that the experimental group of teachers and biology teachers who took part in the training program surpassed the control group in the educational motivation Orientation scale and the students of the experimental group surpassed the students of the control group with the smart thinking scale<\/span><\/h3>\n

In light of the results of the current research, the researcher concluded a number of conclusions, including the effectiveness of the training program according to the productive thinking, in the training of teachers and biology teachers to teach the biology of the fifth grade of science has an impact on increasing the motivation of their education motivation and improve the intelligent thinking of their students.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The researcher also recommended several recommendations, including the adoption of the training program according to the thinking produced in the programs of training teachers and teachers of biology during the service to develop them professionally.<\/span><\/h3>\n

In addition to the research, the researcher suggested conducting other studies similar to the current research in order to reach the best methods and methods that can be used in the training of teachers to increase their motivation.,<\/span><\/h3>\n

And to conduct a study on the effectiveness of a training program to teach the thinking skills produced by the teachers of biology in the middle stage and to show its impact on the motivation and thoughtful thinking of their students<\/span><\/h3>\n
