      The study consisted of (400) students, including four faculties of Wasit University for academic and humanitarian subjects for the academic year (2017-2018), with 200 students for humanitarian specialties, including 50 students and 50 students. The statistical properties of the two instruments were derived from the apparent truth, the validity of the structure and the characteristic strength of the paragraph, the relation of the paragraph to the total degree of the scale and the relation of the degree of the paragraph to the degree of the field. Stability was obtained by testing and retesting. Too. And the stability coefficient in the second scale (0.86) which indicates a very good stability coefficient.<\/span><\/h3>\n

      As for the statistical methods, the researcher used the statistical bag for psychological and social sciences (SPSS) in processing the data. The results showed the following:<\/span><\/h3>\n

      Wasit University students do not have the ability to postpone academic saturation, but prefer instant gratification to immediate satisfaction.. Wassit University students enjoy self-awareness.<\/span><\/h3>\n

      Those who are psychologically do not delay satisfying them and prefer instant gratification. This stems from their self-confidence and ability to achieve future goals and do \u00a0not need to delay meeting their immediate needs in order to achieve future desires and goals.<\/span><\/h3>\n

      The results showed that there were no differences in the relationship between self-awareness and the postponement of academic satisfaction using the test.<\/span><\/h3>\n

      Self-awareness contributes to predicting the postponement of academic satisfaction. Increase self-awareness in the individual. Less \u00a0saturation.
