The Abstract<\/span><\/h3>\n

The present study aimed to investigate the role of chemo kines (MCP-1, MIP-1\u03b1 and CTGF) of saliva and serum in parthenogenesis of chronic periodontists disease and their role with severity of disease, as well as vitamin D and liver function enzymes (ALT, AST, ALP and GGT) in sample of Iraqi patients. A total of \u00a064 persons with chronic periodontists and 24 healthy persons as a control sample and in both gender. The samples collected from Specialized Medical Center for Dental Medicine\/ AL-Kadhimiya \u2013Baghdad during the period October 2017-February 2018. Based on clinical examination, the patients were distributed into three clinical groups: 30 mild periodontists, 26 moderate periodontists and 8 severe periodontists<\/span><\/h3>\n

The study reached the following results<\/span><\/h3>\n

There is no significant relationship between the age and sex means with chronic periodontists<\/span><\/h3>\n

The MCP-1 levels was gradually increased in saliva and serum in chronic periodontists patients and the highest level was observed in severe inflammation group 891.79\u00b119.91 pg\/ml in saliva and 189.64\u00b134.97 pg\/ml in serum as compared with control samples 361.97 \u00b1 60.49 and 42.81\u00b1 5.73 pg\/ml respectively.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The MIP-1 \u03b1 levels was gradually increased in saliva and serum in chronic periodontists patients and the highest level was observed in saliva and serum of severe inflammation group 285.34\u00b124.59 pg\/ml and 146.08\u00b1 30.61 pg\/ml as compared with control samples 125.45\u00b129.63 and 100.04\u00b15.42 pg\/ml respectively<\/span><\/h3>\n
