human health. It causes lung cancer when it enters the respiratory passage, so it is necessary to study some parameters that affect its concentrations in soil and building materials<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">This study deals with the effect of the humidity factor in the calculation of the diffusion coefficient and the length of radon in different types of soils (soil, sand, sand) and building materials (cement and gypsum) in active way by using radon monitor device (SARAD RTM 1688). We have measured the concentration of radon gas at different degrees of temperature and humidity. We have calculated the diffusion coefficient and the length of radon in materials under study. The results of the study compared with the results of another study, which indicated a great meeting between the theoretical and practical values \u200b\u200bof this study result, which led to the adoption of the calculation of diffusion coefficient and length of radon in other materials that has not been studied it practically or theoretically. The obtained results showed a decreasing in the diffusion coefficient and length values \u200b\u200b of the radon gas in the case of increasing humidity in all materials under study<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The diffusion coefficient and length of the radon gas calculated in an inactive way by using the CR-39 solid-state nuclear track detector. The diffusion coefficient and length of the radon gas were calculated in materials like (soil, loam, sand, cement and gypsum), and then compared with the published results that showed a great meeting.
