#000080\">Lectin type Triticum vulgaris wheat germ agglutinin (WGA) labeling using in optic tectum brain on the Japanese quail Coturnix coturnix japonica embryo at (4, 7, 9,13) day incubation. The binding site of the (WGA) which had affinity to conjugation with N-acetylglucosamine (GLcNAc) and sialic acid. Lectin type (WGA) give positive reaction in embryo at (4, 7, 9, 13) day incubation. This indicator to the presence of sialic acid and sugar (GLcNAc).
