The Abstract<\/span><\/h3>\n

Molecular study on IL-33 SNP (rs1929992) observe three genotypes (AA, AG, GG) AG genotype record high frequency in control (76.47) than in patients (58.46) compared to other genotypes AA, GG with no significant difference according to fisher\u2019s exact probability. Serum level of IL-33 in patients with genotypes AA, AG was lowest and significant difference with control comparedto patients with GG genotype. Sequencing revealed six different polymorphisms identified in the distal promoter region of ST2 gene. SNP (-27609A\/T) which was observed two genotypes (TT, AT) that recorded equal frequency (50%) in patients, while in control the genotype AT recorded frequency (60%) high than the genotype TT (40%) and this showed a non- significant difference according to fisher\u2019s exact probability. The allele T considered a common allele in the Iraqi females, it is recorded etiological fraction of the diseases and may provide a good possibility for effected with disease. SNP (-27607 A\/G) The homozygous genotype GG showed a high percentage (100%) in patients and control, while the other genotypes doesn\u2019t observe in the studied groups. SNP (-27601A\/T) which was observed two genotypes (TT, AT) which recorded no significant difference according to fisher\u2019s exact probability the genotype TT showed a higher frequency in control (75%) than patients (67.5%). The genotype AT showed a lower frequency (32.5%, 25%) in patients and control, respectively. The homozygous genotype TT is Common genotype in the Iraqi females and it is recorded a preventive fraction of the disease.SNP (-27595A\/G) which was observed two genotypes (GG, AG) which record no significant difference according to fisher\u2019s exact probability, the genotype GG showed a high percentage (80%, 85%) in patients and control, respectively, while the genotype AG showed a lower percentage (20%, 15%) in patients and control, respectively. The homozygous genotype GG could consider a common genotype in the Iraqi females and it is recorded as a preventive fraction.<\/span><\/h3>\n

SNP (-27208A\/C) which was observed two genotypes (AA, AC) recordedno significant difference according to fisher\u2019s exact probability, the homozygous genotype AA was a high frequency in patients (87.5%) and control (70%), the heterozygous genotype AC high frequency (30%) in control than in patients (12.5%). The homozygous genotype AA is a Common genotype in the Iraqi females and it is recorded etiological fraction. And the most common allele was allele A and this may make females more susceptible to disease. SNP (-27128C\/T) which was observed two genotypes (CC, CT) the homozygous genotype CC frequency (100%) in patients high than control (85.00%) with significant difference under (P<0.05). The genotype CT didn\u2019t observe in patients and observe with frequency (15%) in control and it showed a significant difference under (P<0.05) according to fisher\u2019s exact probability. The common genotype in the Iraqi female is the homozygous genotype CC and it is an etiological fraction of disease. The most common allele in study groups was C allele may lead to make females more susceptible to disease<\/span><\/h3>\n

Taken together, conclude that theIL-33 serum level decreased after surgery performed in patients with breast cancer. Elevation of serum concentration of sST2 could consider as a clinical bio marker for diagnosis breast cancer female patients. No association between breast cancer development and IL-33 SNP (rs1929992), the heterozygous genotype AG is a common genotype in the Iraqi population, allele G has an environmental fraction, while allele A has preventive fraction, which related with increasing level of IL-33 in both genotypes AA, AG for the healthy control group, in contrast the genotype GG showed highest level in the patient group. There are some polymorphisms noticed in the distal promoter of ST2 gene, SNP (-27128C\/T) was showed significant differences between patients and control, T allele may have role to prevent the risk of breast cancer in Iraqi fee<\/span><\/h3>\n
