The value of the crystallite size was equal to (12.4964nm) and the strain was equal to (0.006819). Other methods have been used in addition to the double Voigt method for calculation of crystallite size and lattice strain of cerium oxide nanoparticle. These methods are (Sherrer , size-strain plot (SSP)\u00a0 and Halder-Wagner) and their results are as follows: Sherrer crystallite size (7.6386 nm)\u00a0 and lattice strain (0.01039), SSP method crystallite size (59.8956 nm) and lattice strain (0.00157), and Halder-Wagner method crystallite size (9.2287nm) and lattice strain (0.00267) . After that, other lattice parameters of cerium oxide nanoparticle were calculated and the results were as follows: Dislocation density (0.0120 lines\/nm<sup>2<\/sup>), surface Area (9.08E+022 nm<sup>2<\/sup>), specific surface area (8.8E+025 m<sup>2<\/sup>. g<sup>-1<\/sup>), and morphology Index (0.4723) and texture coefficient (0.4561674677). The effect of calcination temperatures on crystallite size and lattice strain was found too. The higher temperature, the greater crystallite size and lattice strain.
