Abstract<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0In this work, four heterocyclic compound were prepared by using derivatives 4-hydroxy benzoic acid and hydroquinone with two percentage 1:1 and 1:2 of thiosemicarbazide in presence phosphorous oxy Chloride.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Free radical polymerization method was used to polymerize these monomers, one with itself to produce eight polymers [P1-P8], and the second with nanosilica grafted acrylic acid to produce eight nano composite (C1-C8\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

All the prepared materials were characterized by FT-IR Spectroscopy. The thermal behavior of polymers and their nano composite were examined by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and some of those materials by differential Thermal analysis (DTA) . The structures of standard nanosilica and nano composite were studied by Atomic Forces microscopy (AFM)\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Thermal analysis (TG\/DSC) showed high stability of nano composite in comparison with their polymers.<\/span><\/h3>\n

All thermal results of nano composite have one or two decomposition stages, while polymers showed three or four stages of decomposition. This thermal stability is due to effect of silica nanoparticles in structure of nanocomposite. DTA gave endothermic peaks which refer to the melting of polymer chains and exothermic peaks refer to oxidation and decomposition polymer chains. Most result of\u00a0 DTA of nanocomposite gave broad peaks with decrease in intensity of peaks due to silica content ,which gave thermal stability for nano composite . The results of electrical conductivity showed that polymers and their nano composite behaved as semiconductors. In general, all nano composite gave high electrical conductivity with thermal stability at a range of temperatures due to content of silica in the composition of nano composite .The structure of polymer chains and natural attachment with grafted silica surface gives high effect<\/span><\/h3>\n
