The Abstract<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The aim of this study was to evaluate the inflammatory response and oxidative stress in Iraqi patients with psoriasis and treated with (topical, chemical, biological) treatment. The study included (87) patients between males and females with psoriasis. The study sample included the healthy group of (50) people Samples during the period from (2017\/11\/1) to (2018\/2\/1). The patient sample was divided into three groups based on the type of treatment used to treat the disease. (48) patients were treated with Enbrel (Etanercept). The second group included (20) patients treated with methotrexate. The last group included treatment group (Vaseline and Dermoden), (19) patients were collected from patients with one type of shellfish, Plague Psoriasis (Psoriasis Vulgaris), and liver function enzymes and serum oxidative stress enzymes were tested, as well as the levels of some cellular motility And an ANA serum test.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Results showed that there were no significant differences in the level of liver function enzymes (ALP, GPT, GOT) and serum unit \/ l below the potential level (P\u22640.05) between different treatment groups (biologic, chemotherapy, topical) Control and treatment groups with each other as the results of serum ALP serum levels in the treatment groups (biological, chemical, topical) were( 94.08 \u00b1 6.34 \u00b1 87.31 \u00b1 3.97, 91.83 \u00b1 7.14) unit \/ L respectively compared to the healthy group(76.54\u00b12.67). While the results of the level of the enzyme GPT in the treatment groups (biological, chemical, topical) were (32.76 \u00b1 3.46 ,28.40 \u00b1 5.35 32.68 \u00b1 4.39) unit \/ L respectively, the control group reached(24.27 \u00b1 2.64).
