of pure carbon dioxideCO2 (25, 50, 75, 100%) volume\/volume in the curves and growth rates and the times of multiplication of the green algaChlorococcumhumicolathat isolated locally by relying on the measurement of absorbency and number of cells. As well as follow-up effect on the physiological properties and biosynthesis of the algal cells by estimating changes in biomass, total lipids and some fatty acids, and the relationship of these changes to the nature and composition of the culture medium used for the development of alga. Three growth media were used for the development of algal cells (BG11, Chu13, Chu10). The growth mediawere exposed once direct gas suppling and alternating suppling every 72 hours. Algae have also been harvested at the end of the experiment and calculate dry biomass (gm\/L dry weight).<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">Experiments were conducted in laboratory conditions at (25\u00b12)\u00b0C, the intensity of the lighting 3000 lux, the lighting system of 8:16 hours light and darkness, pH about 7.5. The algal culture was injected with CO2 gas by the device (Gas-flow-meter).The results were recorded at time zero and daily every 72 hours and for 18 days for each experiment. Three replicates were taken per sample and each experiment was twice returned for comparison purposes and correction of results.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The results have shown that present vary responses in the curves and rates (K) growth and times of multiplication (G) of studied algal cells after exposure to the above-mentioned concentrations of CO2, either by once treatment or several times every 72 hours and in all three culture medium (Chu10, BG11, Chu13) which, used for the development of algal cells with the advantage of the Chu13 media on the rest of the media either applying the values of absorbency intensity on 650nm wavelength or calculating the number of cells.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">While the dry biomass was obtained after the algae harvest at the end of each experiment and was recorded with a once treatment with gas and the concentrations used in experiments (25, 50, 75, 100 v\/v)% values (310, 360, 410, 360), (66, 77, 63, 70), (110, 122, 167, 200) mg\/L dry weight Chu13, Chu10 and BG11.As well as treated every 72 hours, the dry biomass recorded the following values (149.7, 159.2, 242.9, 158.5,), (72.2, 110, 56, 42.6), (90, 105.3, 157.5, 117.5) mg\/L dry weight for the same media, while control media were recorded in both treatments (once and every 72 hours values (310, 76, 51) and (108.1, 76, 105.7) mg\/L dry weight respectively.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">At the following total lipids level and its exposure to CO2 gas concentrations, the results showed that the three tested media gave differed results from fat accumulation.The once exposure values (176, 151, 186, 197, (65, 110, 155, 75), (147, 175, 110, 150) and when the treatment every 72 (101, 206, 156, 106), (66, 111, 76, 91) (168, 185, 130, 110). While in the control media recorded values (196, 89.1, 176.6) (196.5, 155, 90) mg\/L dry weight, for Chu13, Chu10, BG11 respectively.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The current study has also been able to detect several fatty acids in the dry biomass of the dry algal cells tested by technique (HPLC) included: Myristic C14:0, Palmetic C16:0, Plamitolic C16:1, (Arachidic C20:4, Linoleic C18:2 (Omega: 6), Oleic C18:1 (Omega 9).<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 When the cells of algaeC. Humicola were exposed to the concentrations (25, 50, 75, 100)% v\/v of CO2 gas for once and every 72 hours. It found that the response of fatty acids in the cells was different depending on the type of treatment, concentration of gas and the composition and components of each of the three mediathat used for the development of the algae. Although all treatments recorded an increase in the quantity of control samples in all the concentrations and media except Myristic acid C14:0 which recorded a lower value (90.11) with a<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">concentration of 25% compared to control (100.76) mg\/L.
