The first series synthesized by reaction the resorcinol with ethylbromacetate to obtain diethyl 2,2&#8242;-[benzene-1,3-diylbis(oxy)]diacetate (comp1). Compound 1 was convert to their corresponding di hydrazide(comp2). This compound reacted with oxalyl chloride in pyridine and N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) to obtained P1. This polymer was converted to P2 by cyclized it in the presence of polyphosphoric acid (PPA) as dehydrating agent to obtain P2 as bis oxadiazole copolymer. P3-P7were synthesized by reacting compound 2 with five various di carboxylic acid in PPA as depicted in Scheme 1. These copolymers were characterized by IR and 1H-NMR for some besides to 13C-NMR.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The second series was P8-P13. These copolymers synthesized after converting compound 2 to their corresponding bis oxadiazole (comp 3) by reacted it with cyanogen bromide.
