samples from urine, fifty samples from burn s swabs, twenty samples from wound swabs, fifteen samples from blood and ten samples from sputum from several hospitals in Baghdad city.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 biochemical tests done for primary diagnosis and then identified by Vitek 2 compact, it was obtained thirteen isolate related to Enterobacter cloacae , and also use the sequencing of\u00a0 hsp60 gene to identity isolates of\u00a0 E.cloacae\u00a0 and its show in thirteen isolates with alignment of (341) pb.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">Some of virulence factors of this \u00a0bacteria were studied in this study and revealed that all of bacterial isolates were capsule forming (100%), and only one isolate produced bacteriocin (7.6%). The results investigated the disability of isolates to produce the enzymes hemolysin and protease.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">This study included also the phenotypic detection of biofilm forming isolates, biofilm test was done by microtiter plates technique and results revealed that all of isolates were positive for biofilm (100%), (30%) of them were strongly forming bio film and (70%) of them were moderately forming bio film.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The results of susceptibility test against (6) antibiotics which was done by disc diffusion method showed that (85%) of isolates were resistant to Ceftriaxone, (61.5%) of isolates were resistant to Cefotaxime,(54%) of isolates were resistant to Gentamycin, \u00a0(23%) of isolates were resistant to Ciprofloxacin, (15%) of isolates were resistant to Amikacin while all isolates were sensitive to Imipenem.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The inhibitory effect of alcoholic extract of Capsicum annum was studied on Enterobactercloaceausing wells diffusion method for its accuracy in work and results, at the concentrations of (25,50,75,100) mg\/ml, the results showed different inhibitory levels by different concentrations.
