      The Abstract<\/span><\/h3>\n

      In this work a preliminary step was synthesis the oxadiazole derivative of 5- (3-nitrophenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiol [3]\u00a0 by varied\u00a0 steps:\u00a0\u00a0 3-Nitrobenzoic acid\u00a0\u00a0 was successfully converted to ester [1] by reaction with thionyl chloride and thus to acid hydrazide [2] by reaction with hydrazine hydrate in absolute ethanol as a solvent. In addition, 5-(3-nitrophenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiol [3] was produced when treated 3-nitrobenzoic acid hydrazide [2] with carbon disulphide (CS2) in an alcoholic potassium hydroxide solution , and reaction of compound [3] with chloroacetic acid in the base medium to give (thio substituted)-1,3,4-oxadiazole derivative [4], which was stirred with thiosemicarbazide and phosphoryl chloride (POCl3) in cyclization reaction to give the oxadiazole ring substituted with\u00a0 thiadiazole ring [5].\u00a0 Schiff\u2019s bases [6-11] were obtained via compound [5] intensification reaction with various aromatic aldehydes in absolute ethanol and some droplets of glacial acetic acid. In addition to synthesis of 1,3-oxazepein derivatives [12-25] from reaction of Schiff base derivatives[6-11] with succinic anhydride to give [12-14] or maleic anhydride to give [15-17] or phathlic anhydride to give [18-21] and 3-nitrophthalic anhydride to give [22-25]. On the other hand, Schiff’s bases were suffered cyclization reaction with 2-aminobenzoic acid in absolute ethanol to give compounds[26-30]. Also The derivatives of\u00a0 benzo[e][1,3]oxazine-4-one\u00a0 including 1,3,4-oxadiazole\u00a0 and\u00a0 1,3,4-thiadiazole\u00a0 rings [31-34]\u00a0 were prepared via\u00a0 ring-closure reaction of Schiff\u2019s bases [6-11] with 2-hydroxybenzoic\u00a0 acid in dry benzene\u00a0 solvent. Finally,the Schiff’s bases suffered from cyclization reactions with either 2-mercaptoacetic acid or sodium azide in THsolvent to give [35-37], and [38-42 respectively\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
