      \u00a0\u00a0breast cancer is still one of the largest threats to women’s health, and so far there are no proven and appropriate methods for early diagnosis of breast cancer, which accounts for nearly a quarter of the cancer in Iraq.<\/span><\/h3>\n

      micro Ribonucleic Acid (micro RNA) are a promising bio marker for cancer detection because micro RNA is a constant and is able for extraction from a variety of clinical tissue samples (frozen or preserved in paraffin wax) as well as body fluids (blood, urine and saliva). More recently, there have been more studies on the use of microRNA\u00a0 in research on all types of cancer and there have been promising results in this field by researching \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0through the gene expression of these molecules and the extent of changes in the level of gene expression increase or decrease and is related to the initiated growth , development of tumors and all the clinical characteristics of those affected by these diseases, micro RNA-328\u00a0 and 370\u00a0 micro RNA-370\u00a0 is one of these molecules that were used as bio markers for cancer detection by investigation of their gene expression and their relationship<\/span><\/h3>\n

      with the occurrence of benign and malignant breast tumors cancerous<\/span><\/h3>\n

      This study aims to identify the gene expression of miR-328, miR-370) as bio markers for early diagnosis of breast cancer detection<\/span><\/h3>\n

      \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 50 Fresh tissue samples were collected from breast tumors and 10 samples of normal tissues were used\u00a0 as a control group, the with ages rang (19-77) years of patients with benign and malignant breast tumors, including 25 tissue samples of breast cancer patients, 20 of which were have Invasive carcinomas and 3 ductal carcinomas and 2 lobular carcinomas, 25 tissue samples of patients with benign tumors. Total RNAs includingmiRNA molecules were extracted from the tissue samples and transformed into cDNA and then the level of the gene expression was measured by (qRT-PCR) technique.<\/span><\/h3>\n

      \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The results showed that there is significant difference in the expression of MiR-328 in the benign tumors compered with the control group depend on mass location (right group P = 0.051). There are significant differences in the expression of miR-328 in malignant tumors between the control group and ages less than 50 years (P = 0.033).There is high difference in the expression of miR-328 in malignant tumors also between control and lobular carcinomas (p = 0.014), difference between the ductal carcinomas group and\u00a0 Lobular carcinomas (p = 0.033), and the high significant different\u00a0 between the group\u00a0 Lobular carcinomas and Invasive carcinomas (P = 0.047). There are no associations depending on the Grade tumor.<\/span><\/h3>\n

      \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Concerned the level of gene expression of the MiR-370 molecule, it was noted that there were significant differences in the level of the gene expression MiR-370 in ages less than 50 years (P = 0.047) and (P = 0.05) in benign and malignant tumors respectively compared to the control group, the results refer to significant differences depending on .The\u00a0 results showed that there was significant association of gene expression in the left site (P = 0.05) in malignant tumors compared to the control group depend on tumor location\u00a0 but there was appear\u00a0 no association depending on the type of tumor, differentiation and the tumor Grade in MiR-370 molecule. Finally, the results indicate to that there was a very close intermediate correlation between the level of gene expressions miR-328 and miR-370 and the clinical characteristics such as tumor type and tumor location.\u00a0 In conclusion this study indicate to that the change of gene expression level of miR-328 and miR-370 molecules may be can used as bio markers for diagnosis breast tumor<\/span><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
