      The Abstract<\/span><\/h3>\n

      The Current Study Included Three Parts<\/span><\/h3>\n

      Part One: Included isolation and identification of S.aureus\u00a0 from 160 clinical samples, isolated from wounds and burns from Baghdad hospitals from 5\/11\/2017 to 15\/4\/2018. Then, their antibiotics sensitivity was studied this part included the following results<\/span><\/h3>\n

      The rate of the isolated bacteria belong to the species S.aureus was 73.8% (118\/160), were identified by conventional method, then they have been screened by testing its susceptibility to methicillin and the rate of\u00a0 MRSA isolates was 83.1% (98\/118), only 40 isolates were chosen to complete this study. The isolates identification was confirmed by using specific primers to detect 16SrDNAgene in bacterial genome. The results of PCRtechnique showed that all the isolates have 16SrDNAgene<\/span><\/h3>\n

      The results of susceptibility test by disc diffusion method showed that 40 MRSA isolates were multi drug resistant to (2-8) from the tested antibiotics. The lowest resistance rates of MRSA isolates were (0%) for ciprofloxacin, vancomycin and imipenem<\/span><\/h3>\n

      Part Two: Constituted the phenotypic detection of some virulence factors and molecular detection of 4 genes that related with virulence factors \u00a0,this parts included the following results\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

      Extended spectrum B-lactamase test which was done by double disk synergy technique investigated\u00a0 that 85% (34\/40) of\u00a0 MRSA isolates were positive for the\u00a0 test<\/span><\/h3>\n

      The results of bio film formation test of MRSA isolates which was done by microtiter plates technique at 570 nm wave length showed that all the isolates (40\/40) were positive\u00a0 for the test , the rate of strong bio film formation was 62.5% (25\/40), moderate bio film formation was 17.5%\u00a0 (7\/40) and weak bio film formation was 20% (8\/40). The results of molecular detection of icaAgene (bio film gene) showed that 52.5% (21\/40) of the isolates had possessed this gene.<\/span><\/h3>\n

      The results of molecular detection of virulence factor mecAgene which encodes for methicillin resistance showed that 72.5% (29\/40) of the isolates had possessed this gene, results of molecular detection of virulence factor seigene which encodes for enterotoxins showed that 60% (24\/40) \u00a0of the isolates had possessed this gene and the results of molecular detection of virulence factorcoa gene which encodes for coagulase enzyme showed that 100% (40\/40) of the isolates had possessed this gene<\/span><\/h3>\n

      Part Three: Constituted the study of\u00a0 DNA sequences of coa locus which was amplified by PCR, four\u00a0 different patterns of amplicons\u00a0 were obtained with high variability ratios of DNA sequences which represented the mutations that existed in this coa locus<\/span><\/h3>\n

      A comprehensive phylogenetic tree was constructed by comparing coa variants sequences of 28 isolates with each other’s once, and with referring sequences once<\/span><\/h3>\n
