Also, the study is designed to find the relation correlation for\u00a0 fetuin \u2013A and chitotriosidase-1 with FSG, HbA1c, T3, T4, TSH and insulin. In addition to find the relation for chitotriosidase-1withfetuin\u2013A, in order to be helpful as a marker in treatment of these patients.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">Ninety subjects were included in this study. Firstly control (G1) group which consisted of (30) healthy individuals. Secondly (G2)group (n=30) patients with diabetic and hyperthyroidism as association disease, and thirdly (G3)group (n=30) which is include patients with diabetic and hypothyroidism as association disease\u00a0 .Five ml of peripheral veins blood samples were taken from all groups in plain tubes,\u00a0 allowed to clot, then centrifuged for 15 min at 3000 rpm to obtained serum that stored at(-20C\u00ba)until time of analysis to determination of (T3, T4, TS Hand FSG, insulin, fetuin-A and chitotriosidase-1). Whole blood was used for determination of Hb A1c .<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Results showed a significant elevation in patients groups (G2,G3) comparing to control group in FSG and HbA1Clevels.In addition\u00a0 a significant elevation in G3 compared to G2 was seen. Additionally, the outcomes revealed that there was an increase in T3 and T4 levels in G2 when comparing with G1 and G3. While there are significant decrease in these parameters in G3 compared to G1 and G2.Results revealed a significant decrease in G2 in TSH levels comparing to G1and G3. In contrast there are significant increase in TSH level in G3 compared to G1 and G2. Results showed a significant increase in insulin, HOMA-IR and fetuin-A levels in G2and G3 comparing to G1.In addition there are significant increase in these parameters in G3 comparing to G2.Results revealed a significant increased in chitotriosidase-1 levels in G2 comparing to G1and G3. Finally, the outcomes showed a significant decrease in G3 comparing to G2 and a significant increase was found in G3 comparing to G1.
