Sc .thesis on Studying optical and Synthetic Properties for thin tin oxide film using phototherapy by Noor Ali Hameed supervised by lect.Dr.Inbithaq Mohammed Ali<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">Abstract<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">In this research, undoped SnO2 films were prepared by thermal vacuum evaporation method, in which the films were deposited on glass substrates with different thicknesses [450,525 and 600] nm<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The surface morphology and topography of the prepared films was studied using the Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the Atomic force microscopy (AFM).The study showed that the surface structure of the deposited films was nano structures with grain size of (60-71) nm. It was found that the surface roughness increased with changing thickness from (0.9 \u20131.9) nm. General characterization includes study surface topography (grain size and roughness) using AFM images and explores the relationship with an advanced set of roughness parameters obtained from the SEM images, these averaging amplitude parameters Sa, Sq and extreme amplitude parameters Sp, Sv and Szexplain of surface profile the height. The parameters Ssk and Skurefer to the distribution of the amplitudes and the symmetry of the surface heights about the mean plane<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">Results showed that all thin films prepared by X-ray, with the dominance orientation (111), it was found that the prepared SnO2 films were of polycrystalline structure of an orthorhombic type and full width at half maximum values peaks (FWHM) of these films decreased with increasing thickness<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The optical properties including the measuring of absorbance and transmittance spectra as a function of wavelength in the range (300-1100) nm for all samples, the transmission decreased with increment of thickness.
