        Synthesis of new ester derivatives containing bis-triazole compounds [XVIII]a-c by the same method used for the synthesis of ester compounds [XIII]a-c in paragraph ( second part).<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n

        Synthesis of new ether derivatives contains bis-triazole compounds [XIX]a-c by the same method used for the synthesis of ether compounds [XIV]a-c ( second part).<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The fourth part involves the synthesis and characterization of new series of D- fructopyranose derivatives containing both triazole and isoxazole rings compounds [XX]a-e , [XXI]a-e [XXII]a-e ,[XXIII]a-e and[XXIV]a-e as follows (Scheme 4):<\/span><\/h3>\n

          Synthesis of 2,3,4,5-di-O-isopropylidene-beta-D-fructopyranose that contains both triazole and isoxazole rings compounds[XX]a-e using CuSO4.5H2O and sodium ascorbate as a catalysts via1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of compound [XV] with N-hydroxy-4-or-3- substituted benzimidoyl chloride [II]a-e under reflux.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
        2. \n

          Synthesis of 1-((1-((3-( 4- or 3-substituted phenyl)isoxazol-5-yl) methyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)methyl)-4-{ ( beta-D-fructopyranose -O-yl)methyl}1H-1,2,3-triazole [XXI]a-e using compounds[XX]a-e with\u00a0 mixture of diluted acetic acid\u00a0 and absolute methanol under reflux.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
        3. \n

          Synthesis of ester derivatives containing both triazole and isoxazole rings compounds[XXII]a-e ,[XXIII]a-e and[XXIV]a-e by reacting hydroxyl groups of compounds [XXI]a-e with different acid chloride in mixture of tetrahydrofuran (THF) and dimethylformamide (DMF) using triethylamine (Et3N) as a catalyst at 0-40C.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The synthesized compounds were characterized by their melting points, and by their spectral data such as FTIR, and \u00b9HNMR,13C-NMR, Mass<\/span><\/h3>\n

          spectroscopy (for some of the compounds).<\/span><\/h3>\n

          All newly synthesized compounds were tested against antibacterial activity; Staphlocococs aureus gram (+), Bacillus subtitis gram (+) and E.coli\u00a0 gram (-) bacteria and also on candida albicans fungal.
