style=\"color: #993366\">The Abstract<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">In this research, It has been preparing lead titanate material (PbTiO3) by mixing two compounds of lead dioxide (PbO2) and titanate dioxide (TiO2) As well the lead zirconate material (PbZrO3) by mixing two compounds of lead dioxide (PbO2)and zirconate dioxide (ZrO2) the x-ray diffraction technique used to ensure the purity for those two materials<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0 By using (PbTiO3) and (PbZrO3) materials, it has been preparing the compound (PbZrTiO3) and then pressing from this compound in to pellets and sintered at(1100\u1d52c)for (3h).<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0after prepared (PZT)then doped by cerium dioxide (CeO2) in\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0deferent values ,(x= 0.5,0.75,1,1.5,2,2.5,3),and compound was prepared by solid state reaction method, then the structural ,electrical ,and mechanical\u00a0 properties were studied.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The Structural results showed presence and forming the Tetragonal Phase in all samples, Pure and doped by (CeO2), also the results showed that lattice parameters, Volume, theoretical Density and grain size increased when the concentration of (CeO2) increased in both compounds and then Oscillates between increasing and decreasing and that reflection on density and porosity.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">When examining the dielectric properties increasing of (CeO2) concentration caused increased in Dielectric Constant and decreased Dielectric loss factor, alternating electrical conductivity certified the other factors such as temperature, frequency and the thickness of the samples.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The results of electrical tests and examination of the concentration (X= 1%), a chemical formula (PbZrTiO3)\u00a0\u00a0 possess the largest Dielectric Constant, and lower Dielectric loss factor, and less alternating electrical conductivity.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The results of mechanical tests and examination of the concentration(X=1%), a chemical formula (PbZrTiO3)\u00a0\u00a0 possess the largest toughness, and hardness then after this concentration the toughness, and hardness were decreased with increased (CeO2).<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3
