Abstract<\/span><\/h3>\n

This work consists of the preparation of heterocyclic ring compounds of five to six members starting from Mefenamic acid<\/span><\/h3>\n

This work includes seven different parts as shown below\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Part One:Includes the preparation of pyrazole [4,7], phthalazine-1,4-dione [5] and pyridazine-3,6-dione[6,8]derivatives derived\u00a0 from Hydrazide.as shown in scheme I<\/span><\/h3>\n

Part Two: Involvs the synthesis of oxazole [10] and thiazole derivative [12] via the reaction of 2-((2,3-dimethylphenyl)amino) benzamidewith urea and thiourea and cyclization of the resulted products with p-phenyl phenacyl bromide, As shown in scheme II<\/span><\/h3>\n

Part Three : Includes the preparation of thiadiazole, triazole, thiazolidin\u00a0 and oxadiazin via the reaction of\u00a0 hydrazide compound [3] with phenyl isothiocyanate [13] and ammonium thiocyanate [17] in absolute ethanol and cyclization of the products with sulfuric acid [14], sodium hydroxide [15,18], p-phenyl phenacyl bromide [16],and reaction of\u00a0 hydrazide compound [3] with chloro acetic acid and sodium acetate\u00a0 [19] as shown in scheme III<\/span><\/h3>\n

Part Four: Involvs the treatment of reacted hydrazide compound [3] with para nitro benzoic acid [20] and phenyl acetic acid [21] and 2-chloro benzoic acid[22] and benzoic acid [23] and mefenamic acid [24] and cynamic acid [25] . Then cyclization the of products with nitro benzoic acid\u00a0 and phenyl acetic acid and 2-chloro benzoic acid and benzoic acid and mefenamic acid and cynamic acid is to get oxadiazol rings [20,21,22,23,24,25] as shown in scheme IV<\/span><\/h3>\n

PartFive: Includes the preparation of shiff base [29-33] by reacting amin [28] with different benzyldehydeas shown in shape V<\/span><\/h3>\n

Part six: Includes the preparation of tetrazol [34 \u2013 38] by reacting shiff base [29 -33] with sodium azidas shown in scheme VI<\/span><\/h3>\n
