style=\"color: #993366\">Abstract<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">In the present study aimed to detect the effect (Citral,Curcumin, Inulin,Resveratrol,Trans-cinnamaldhyde) compound on C. Sakazakii growth. Seventeen isolate was calculated from previous study and cultured on MacConkey and Trypton soy agar (TSA), as well as dignostics using 16S rRNA gene and result showed that all isolate was rturned to C. sakazakii and its included (6 from blood isolate (B), 6 from cerebrospinal fluid isolate (CSF),3 from Dialak milk (A),1 from NovolacAllernova \u00a0milk, (C1)1 from Novolac AD milk \u00a0(C2)).<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">This study todetectesome virulence factor of C. sakazakiiThe result\u00a0 showedthat all isolate could motility and swimming \u00a0on diameter range (17-79)mm and \u00a0swarming on diameter rang (4-64)mm , and to produce protease on diameter range\u00a0 (8-30) mm, and forming biofilm by microtiter plate method<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The study effect of ( Citral,Curcumin, Inulin,Resveratrol, Trans-cinnamaldhyde) compound on C. sakazakii (A1b, B4 , CSF4) isolate\u00a0 at (1,10,100) microgram concentration \u00a0the result showed that all compounds could to inhibiteisolate by uses high concentration, while Trans-cinnamaldhyde usedcoulde to inhibate isolate by high and low concentration.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">And the study of effect (Citral,Curcumin, Inulin,Resveratrol, Trans-cinnamaldhyde) compound on swimming and swarming motility of C. sakazakii (A1b,B4,CSF4) isolate, the result showed that all compound could to inhibite\u00a0 isolate\u00a0 on different ratio depended on type of compound and concentration.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">And was studied\u00a0 effect of (Citral, Curcumin, Inulin,Resveratrol, Trans-cinnamaldhyde) compound on other virulence factor such as protease production on \u00a0(A1b, B4, CSF4) isolate,\u00a0 and the result showed inhibition ratio of Trans-cinnamaldhyde\u00a0 at 100 microgram concentration on (A1b, B4,CSF4) isolatein ratio100 % while\u00a0 medium inhibition ratio \u00a0\u00a0byCitral and \u00a0Inulin \u00a0\u00a0compound , and \u00a0low inhibition ratio \u00a0\u00a0by Curcumin and Resveratrol \u00a0compound on (A1b, B4) isolate, and on CSF4 isolate showed the inhibition ratio (Citral,Curcumin, Inulin,Resveratrol) at 100 microgram concentration more than 50microgram .<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">And \u00a0\u00a0result showed effect of all compound on C. sakazakii (A1b, B4,CSF4) isolate bio film formation\u00a0 at low and high concentration. And was studied \u00a0effect of different environment factors such as \u00a0temperature \u00a0and PH .The different \u00a0temperature degrees showed effect on C. sakazakii (Blood, Cerebrospinal fluid, milk) isolate \u00a0by use spectrophotometer\u00a0 and result showed\u00a0 at 55 C\u00ba\u00a0 was effect\u00a0\u00a0 to reduce growth bacteria compared on control the range (0.02-0.21)while on 25 \u00baCthe range was (0.14-0.31)compared with control 37 C the range was(0.38-0.66).<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">While study effect of pH on C. sakazakii was studied isolates result showed reduce growth at PH: 4 compared with control media\u00a0 and it was range of (0.02-0.29) and \u00a0range was (0.05-0.67)at\u00a0\u00a0 pH : 9compared with control \u00a0the range was (0.29-1.42) at PH 7 .<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">Some of the virulence genes of C. sakazakii were diagnosed \u00a0\u00a0such as zpxgene which incodes\u00a0 protease enzyme and flg J which incodes flagella formation and the result the precence\u00a0 of these genes on 100% in CSF4 isolate.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">This study effect of (Citral,Curcumin,Inulin, Resveratrol, Trans-cinnamaldhyde) in amount gene expression of flgJ gene\u00a0 and showed the result to\u00a0 found variation in flgJ gene expression \u00a0in C. sakazakii (CSF4) isolate result showed\u00a0 the curcuminreduced flgJ gene expression to 0.2 folding change compared with control, while (Citral,Inulin,Resveratrol,Trans-cinnamaldhyde) at SMIC caused to increased flgJ gene expression to (12.6,20.7,19.4,6.3) folding change\u00a0 respectively compared with control.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The result of effect (Citral,Curcumin, Inulin , Resveratrol, Trans-cinnamaldhyde) at SMIC on zpxgene expression was variation amount gene after C. sakazakii (CSF4) isolate \u00a0treatment \u00a0and caused to increase zpx gene expression to ( 21.3, 18.7, 29.9, 34.1, 10.9) folding change respectively compared with control.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">And the study effect of Trans-cinnamaldhyde at SMIC on\u00a0 flgJ gene expression\u00a0 of swimming and swarming media , the result showed to found variation in flgJ gene expression after C. sakazakii (CSF4) treatment \u00a0it was caused to reduce flgJ gene expression on swarming isolate to 0.14 folding change compared with control , and result showed to increase swimming isolate to 13.65 folding change compared with control .<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">While effect Trans-cinnamaldhyde at SMIC on zpx gene expression on swarming and swimming media, the result showed to found variasion zpxgene expression afterC. sakazakii (CSF4) isolate treatment\u00a0 it was increased zpx gene expression on swarming isolate \u00a0to 3.0 \u00a0compared with control , while result showed\u00a0 effect of Trans-cinnamaldhyde\u00a0 at\u00a0 SMIC
