Summary<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

This work involves the synthesis of five to seven heterocyclic compounds<\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00a0In the first part of this work, the initial step was to synthesize the oxime [A] as starting material for the preparation of Schiff’s bases. 4-aminacetophenone was converted into the oxime by dissolving it in abs.EtOH with equivalent amounts of NH2OH.HCl and CH3COONa. Then enter the oxime in a condensation reaction with the aldehyde(N,N-dimethylamino banzaldehyde), added a few drops G.A.A and refluxed at 78Co, to synthesizes Scheff base [A1]. The hydrogen atom in (-OH) group compound [A1] was then replaced through reactions with Benzenesulfonyl chloride and 4-methylbenzenesulfonyl chloride using pyridine at 0 C\u00b0 as a medium of interaction.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Three synthesized Schiff’s bases derivatives[A1-A3], which cyclic addition \u00a0reaction with (Malic anhydride, 3-NO2-phthalic anhydride,and pyromellitic dianhydride), for preparation\u00a0 1,3-Oxazepine derivatives[A4-A12]; as well as sodium azide and thioglycolic acid for prepares tetrazole [A28-A30] and thiazolidin-4-one [A31-A33] respectively. In the second part, Same Scheff’s bases[A1-A3] were reacted with acetyl chloride using benzene as a solvent to obtain the N-acyl derivatives[A13-A15]. In turn, these product’s reacted with urea [A16-A18] and thiourea [A19-A21] in same solvent with Na2CO3 catalyst and the last step added diethyl malonate. A part of the cyclization to synthesis pyrimidine [A22-A27]. Scheme[II]<\/span><\/h4>\n

The third part of this work involved the preparation of a Schiff’s base [B] from 4-aminobenzenesulfonyl amide reaction with 4-OHacetophenone in benzene with 3 ml of G.A.A . The compound [B] introduced several reactions, including the preparation of pyrazoles [B4,B5] from ester [B2] and then the derivative acid hydrazide [B3] by hydrazine hydrate with esters. The pyrazole derivatives were obtained from the reaction of the [B3] with diethyl malonate and acetylacetone. Besides, [B1] was also treated with acetyl chloride to synthesis a acetamide [B11] in acetone as a solvent at temperature 0C\u00b0, then add the product to urea and thiourea in acetone and sodium carbonate as a catalyst and during the course of the reaction directly added equivalent amounts of diethylmalonate to prepared the derived pyrimidine [B12,B13]. Finally, the fourth part the cyclic addition reactions with (Malic anhydride, 3-NO2-phthalic anhydride, and pyromellitic dianhydride) to prepared 1,3-Oxazepine ring [B6-B8] as well as with thioglycolic acid and sodium azide acid for the synthesis heterocyclic rings; tetrazole[B9], thiazolidine[B10], \u00a0Scheme [IV] .<\/span><\/h4>\n

The physical properties of synthesized compounds checked by\u00a0 (TLC, melting point), where’s the chemical structures were identified by using different methods of spectroscopic such as (FTIR,1HNMR, 13CNMR and C.H.N.S), and evaluate the biological activities against bacteria and fungi.<\/span><\/h4>\n
