      This study included synthesis and characterization of new Schiff base (L1<\/sup>)derived from reactor isatin and 2-amino-6-methoxybanothiazole , also included synthesis two types for mixed-ligand complexes by using curcumin (HL)(essential ligand), Schiff base (L1<\/sup>)(secondary ligand) and sodium saccharinate (Sac Na)(secondary ligand)with the metallic ions:<\/span><\/h3>\n

      VO(II),Cr(III),Mn(II),Fe(III),Co(II),Ni(II) and Cu(II).<\/span><\/h3>\n

      In mole ratio (1:1:1) for (M:HL:L1<\/sup>) and (1:1:2)for (M :HL :Sac Na), in ethanol as a solvent and by reflux for (2) hrs , the suggested molecular formulas for complexes are as follows:<\/span><\/h3>\n

      The Schiff base(L1<\/sup>) and all complexes were characterized by physical and spectroscopic measurements (IR spectrum\u00a0 ,UV-VIS spectrum ,atomic absorption ,LC-mass ,1<\/sup>H,13<\/sup>C-NMR)along with elemental microanalysis ,magnetic susceptibility ,Chloride content ,molar conductivity and meting point.<\/span><\/h3>\n

      According to obtained results an octahedral geometrical formula was suggested for all prepared complexes<\/span><\/h3>\n

      An evaluation of biological activity of all ligands and prepared complexes was estimated for two types of bacteria<\/span><\/h3>\n

      Staphylococcus aureus \u00a0and Escherichia coli and only one type for each of the mildew (Candida albicans) and fungus (Trichophyton rubrum). The results shown that the biological activity of the complexes against the bacteria \u00a0,mildew and fungus is mold the ligands\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

      -The possibility of studying and preparation of mixed complexes of lycand of cur cumin with some pharmaceutical compounds and study its therapeutic effectiveness<\/span><\/h3>\n

      – Studying the polarographic behavior of the prepared complexes<\/span><\/h3>\n

      Prepare new mixed lycand complexes and study their biological effectiveness<\/span><\/h3>\n

      -Conducting tests on some complexes prepared by thermal weight analysis (TGA)<\/span><\/h3>\n

      – Preparation of new metal complexes for the base of Sh (L1) only<\/span><\/h3>\n
