      Abstract<\/span><\/h3>\n

      \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 This study aimed to estimate the level of Survivin, the smallest protein in the family of programmed cell death proteins (IAPs) and the level of Nesfatin-1, In addition to assessing the efficacy of pancreatic enzymes Amylase and Lipase in the serum of Iraqi patients with liver and Gallbladder disorders and measuring the relationship between these factors in different pathological groups<\/span><\/h3>\n

      \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The study sample included (100) patients between males and females aged between (20-65) years, Samples were collected from November 20, 2018 to February 15, 2019. Divided into 6 groups (Gallbladder cancer, Gallbladder inflammation, Gallbladder stones, liver cancer, Liver inflammation, and liver fibrosis ) In addition to (30) healthy subjects as control group, Survivin and Nesfatin-1 were measured using ELISA technique, while Amylase and Lipase were measured using Enzymatic colorimetric principle using optical spectrometer<\/span><\/h3>\n

      The current study showed the following results<\/span><\/h3>\n

      – There was a significant increase under the probability level (P\u22640.05) in the level of survivin in serum of patients with liver cancer, Gallbladder cancer and Gallbladder stones compared with its level in serum of healthy group (control). Its levels (33.370 \u00b1 5.714, 27.597 \u00b1 2.161, 25.863 \u00b1 5.254, 9.181 \u00b1 0.632) Pg \/ ml, respectively, The highest level was in serum for patients with Gallbladder cancer; while theSurvivin level was high but not significantlyin patients withLiver inflammation, Gallbladder inflammation and Liver fibrosis compared to the control group<\/span><\/h3>\n

      – There was a significant increase in the level of Nesfatin-1 in the serum of patients with Liver inflammation and Liver cancer compared with that in the healthy group serum below the probability level (P\u22640.05); its levels were (156.488 \u00b1 52.429, 80.428 \u00b1 8.003, 44.5657 \u00b1 4.171) Pg\/ml, respectively, it was highest in serum for patients with Liver inflammation; While the level showed a significant increase in the serum of patients with Gallbladder stones, Gallbladder inflammation, Gallbladder cancer and Liver fibrosis<\/span><\/h3>\n

      – The results showed a significant increase under the probability level (P\u22640.05) in the level of the activity of the enzyme Amylase in serum of patients with Liver fibrosis, liver cancer, Gallbladder inflammation and Gallbladder cancer compared with its effectiveness in serum healthy group, Its efficiency (97.064 \u00b1 10.465, 80.444 \u00b1 6.859, 81.538 \u00b1 8.910, 85.066 \u00b1 11.813, 56.230 \u00b1 3.505) units \/ liter respectively, The highest efficacy was in serum of patients with Liver fibrosis, while its efficacy was significantly and significantly higher in patients with Liver inflammation and Gallbladder stones compared to the control group (67.244, 3.651, 61.876 \u00b1 9.323) units \/ L respectively.<\/span><\/h3>\n

      – There was a significant increase in the effectiveness of the enzyme Lipase under the probability level (P\u22640.05) in the serum of patients with Liver inflammation, hepatocellular carcinoma, Liver fibrosis , Gallbladder stones, Gallbladder inflammation and Gallbladder cancer compared with the control group, Its efficiency level was (72.122 \u00b1 5.884, 64.620 \u00b1 2.986, 74.707 \u00b1 7.743, 63.992 \u00b1 4.194, 76.633 \u00b1 6.537, 83.441 \u00b1 4.445, 50.453 \u00b1 2.385) units\/ liter respectively, Serum efficacy was highest in patients with Gallbladder cancer<\/span><\/h3>\n

      -The results showed a positive correlation coefficient below the probability level (P\u22640.05) between Amylase, Lipase as well as between Amylase, Survivin in patients serum for different pathological groups it value was (0.351,0.273) respectively, As well as a positive correlation coefficient between Amylase, Nesfatin-1 in the serum of patients with Recommendations<\/span><\/h3>\n

      – Conducting studies at the cellular level to detect levels of Survivin and Nesfatin-1 in cytoplasm of cancer cells and other disorders<\/span><\/h3>\n

      – Conducting histological studies to detect the level of these proteins using IHC technique<\/span><\/h3>\n

      – Expanding the studies at the genetic level by detecting the level of expression of Survivin and Nesfatin-1 gene and conducting research on the polymorphism of these two genes to identify their role in the development of various diseases<\/span><\/h3>\n

      – Expanding the studies for early detection of cancer cells by estimating the levels of anti-cytotoxic and anti-inflammatory proteins, especially Nesfatin-1<\/span><\/h3>\n
