        Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder that affects mainly carbohydrates and is one of the most common endocrine glands. It is characterized by hyperglycemia due to absolute or relative deficiency of the hormone insulin. Insulin deficiency disrupts metabolic processes not only carbohydrates, but also metabolic disorders of proteins, fats, water and electrolytes<\/span><\/h3>\n

        The aim of this study was to assess the efficacy, purification and separation of serum analogues of RH in patients with type 2 diabetes, as well as the measurement of oxidative stress levels and free radicals (malondicaldehyde and peroxy nitrite).<\/span><\/h3>\n

        \u00a0The present study was completed during the period from December 2018 to April 2019. (50) blood samples were taken from people with type 2 diabetes and for both sexes, the ages of (70-30) years are reviewed (Endocrinology and Diabetes Center \/ Baghdad governorate). (50) samples of persons who appeared healthy as a comparison group, ranging in age (70-30) years.<\/span><\/h3>\n

        The results showed a significant decrease (P <0.01) in general, the effectiveness of the enzyme rhodenase in sera of patients with type 2 diabetes and both sexes (0.714 \u00b1 0.02) IU \/ L, while its effectiveness rate (0.03 \u00b1 2.989) IU \/ L in healthy.<\/span><\/h3>\n

        Redenase enzyme was purified with ammonium sulphate and saturation was 65% and excess salts were eliminated by membrane screening. The phasing was completed with Sephadex G-75 gel filtration. One peak was obtained and the enzyme purification rate was 274 times with an enzyme yield .177%. Redinase is RHDi with a purity of 1,402.6 and an enzyme yield of 166%. A second partial purification was then performed by gel filtration chromatography using Sephadex G-75. The purity of the enzyme was then confirmed by electrophoresis in the absence of teratogenic factors as a single beam appeared<\/span><\/h3>\n

        It was also observed during the study that the concentrations of diphenyl aldehyde and peroxy nitrite showed a significant increase<\/span>
        \n(P <0.0001) compared to healthy.<\/span><\/h3>\n

        The linear correlation between RHD and oxidative stress (malonaldehyde and peroxy nitrite) in serum of patients with type 2 diabetes and healthy and correlation coefficient was studied. It was found that the correlation coefficient (r) between the level of the enzyme RH and other parameters showed a positive relationship, which was based on the regression scheme<\/span><\/h3>\n
