Comparing Bacterial cellulose\u00a0 with natural cellulose, the first one has unique properties\u00a0 such as porosity where the pore size is few nanometers and high purity , fluid retention and high crystallization degree, that was a satisfied reason to be selected in this study.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">This research conducted on several stages. The first stage was the preparation of B.C.terterial cellulose by an anaerobic fermentation\u00a0 method. The second stage\u00a0 is to\u00a0 impregnate silver Nano particles into the Bacterial cellulose , it was done by two methods , thermal reduction method which is reduction without\u00a0 reducing agent , the second way of preparation in this study is the electrical methods.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The Ag NPs\/B.C. gives better specification like purity and particle size. Gold impregnation also done by two methods, reduction with reduction agents (tri sodium citrate ,sodiumtartarate. di sodium malate, and .maleic\u00a0 salt . the second method is the electrical methods.\u00a0 The synthesized materials of Nano gold and Nano silver gave batter specification in electrical Methods. The particle size of synthase\u00a0 Nano silver\u00a0 in the thermal reduction and electrical methods gave approximately the same size,\u00a0 34.6 and 35.1 respectively. While Nano gold\u00a0\u00a0 37 and 46 nanometers.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">Measurements like FTIR, UV-Visible, FT-IR, AFM .SEM. EDs, XRD diffraction, and antibacterial effective where used to perform results of this study.
