The method is based on alkaline hydrolysis of the compound mentioned above, followed by the addition of oxidation and coupling reagents to complete the formation of colored complex that has a maximum absorption at visible range<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">Mebendazole: in alkaline hydrolysis in 1M of NaOH a floresent yellow complex formed, followed by the addition oxidation and coupling reagents to form an orange colored complex was formed and has a maximum absorption at 436 nm. The study showed that the liner range is between 0.6-2.8\u03bcg\/mL. With a molar absorption of 29825.3 L.mol-1.cm-1. Detection limit (LOD) and quantitative limit (LOQ) equal to 0.0469 and 0.1565 respectively.
