style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">Abstract<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">A total of 163 clinical samples (106 burned skins, 57 woundsspecimens) were collected from five hospitals in Baghdad city during the period December 2018 \u2013 March 2019. All clinical samples were screened for Pseudomonas aeruginosa species by culturing on MacConkey agar and Blood agar media.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The current study was founded that P. aeruginosa isolates representing 61.3% (100\/163) of total burns and wounds samples, as well as founded that 45% (45\/100) of P. aeruginosa isolates were resistant to ciprofloxacin (CRPA) and these isolates were focused on it in phenotypically and some genetically characteristics.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">A Phenotypic antibiotic susceptibility test against 12 antibiotics by the disk diffusion method showed that all P. aeruginosa isolates were multidrug-resistant (MDR).
