It included (125) samples of burns and (75) samples of wounds and from several hospitals in Baghdad governorate: the Al-Kindy Teaching Hospital, the Medical City Hospital Complex (the Burns Specialist Hospital, Ghazi Al &#8211; Hariri Teaching Hospital, Baghdad Teaching Hospital, Central Child Hospital and Educational Laboratories), for the period from 1\/12\/2018 to 1\/3\/2019.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 All isolates were diagnosed based on their phenotypic and biochemical tests, and (31 isolates) belonging to Proteus mirabilis were obtained after they were confirmed using the Vitek 2 Compact System and the 16S rRNA gene using the PCR technique, as the results of the molecular diagnosis showed that all Bacterial isolates possessed the 16S rRNA gene.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The results of the of the sensitivity test of P.mirabilis isolates (31) isolates to the antibiotics using the Kirby-Bauer Method diffusion showed that they possessed the multiple resistance of (2-12) of the tested antibiotics, as it was found that the lowest rate of resistance to the isolates of P.mirabilis was to Norfloxacin ( 9.6%) is followed by Levofloxacin (13%), Imipenem, Ciprofloxacin (32.2%), and Cefoxitin(16.1%) .\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0(38.7%)<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The results of the phenotypic detection showed the virulence factors of P.mirabilis bacteria as they produced both urease enzyme, Hemolysin and Gelatinase by (100%) and Protease (77.5%). As for the enzyme DNase it produced at a rate (93.5%) and Siderophores compounds were at a rate (16%).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 As for the production of the biofilm, the method of culture in Congo Red agar (CRD) showed that 27 isolates (87%) formed the biofilm in different degrees, while the Microtiter plate (MTP) showed that all isolates (100%) formed the Biofilm and to varying degrees.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The characteristics of Silver Nanoparticles (AgNPs) have been studied to confirm the size of their particles by relying on the main diagnostic devices represented by the X-Ray Diffraction and the Electron-magnetic field (AFM) and Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM).
