These two methods are shown in the following<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">The first method<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0Included the interaction of the two drugs under study to form the colored azo composite, as the procainamide was coupling with the reagent (2-amino phenol) interacted in a basic medium to form the orange azo composite, which was featured by the highest absorption intensity at the wavelength of ) 477 ( nm, while for thiamine hydrochloride, the reaction was done by coupling with the azotizationprocainamide to form a red azo composite in the wavelength at) 502 ( nm against its blank solutions.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The method of mono-variables was used to control experimental conditions, and it was observed that the results complied with the Lambert-Beer law for a range of concentrations (2- 26) and (2.5-40) \u00b5g. mL\u05be\u02e1, respectively, with a detection limit equal to (0.1108) \u00b5g.mL\u05be\u02e1 for Procainamide and(0.1742) \u00b5g.mL-1 of thiamine hydrochloride,with molar absorptivity equal (5200.68)L.mol-1.cm-1 and (7285.03) L.mol-1.cm-1, respectively.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0The equivalence composite formation was studied in two ways, as it used the method of molar ratios and the continuous variation of the two\u00a0 composites (azotization Procainamide &#8211; 2- amino phenol) and (azotizationProcainamide reagent &#8211; thiamine hydrochloride) and the ratio was 1: 1 for both drugs<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0No effect was observed for the tointerferences studied to estimate these drugs, as the proposed methods were successfully estimated procainamide and thiamine hydrochloride and successfully applied in pharmaceutical preparations and in synthesized samples<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The second method<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Derivative Spectrophotometry, this method depends on taking the advantage of the first and second derivatives of the absorption spectra of procainamide and thiamine hydrochloride to estimate them (separately and as a mixture) in the ultraviolet region\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 This method provides the advantage of eliminating the resulted error in the absorption values because both drugs are found together<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Procainamide was estimated to be in the range of (2-14) \u00b5g.mL\u05be\u02e1 in mixtures containing different concentrations of thiamine hydrochloride (5,10, 17) \u00b5g .mL-1 as an interference agent . The first derivative was used for the PRA spectra that recorded at (266.6, 313.0) nmto measure height at zero cross, as well as peak -to- baseline at the wavelength\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (213. 581, 310.690) nm, the peak to peak of wavelengths (263.780- 310.690) nm, it was found that it was possible to use the wavelengths (223.970 and 240.640) nmto measure height at zero crosses to estimate procainamide from the second derivative values \u200b\u200bof the recorded spectra<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Thiamine hydrochloride was estimated for a range of concentrations (5-17) \u00b5g.mL \u02e1\u05bein a mixture containing different concentrations of procainamide (2, 6, 8) \u00b5g.mL-1 as an interference agent. It was found that the possibility to benefit from the zero-cross measurement of procainamide at wavelengths (241.47 and 290.69) nm to estimate thiamine hydrochloride based on the first derivative values \u200b\u200bof the recorded spectra.
