results of isolation and diagnosis showed accompanying fungal genera <em>Aspergillus<\/em>, <em>Fusarium<\/em>, <em>Penicillium<\/em> and <em>Rhizopus<\/em> for maize grain<em>. A.flavus<\/em> was the leading species with 52.87%. The sequences of the isolated fungi were <em>A.flavus<\/em>, <em>Penicillium<\/em>, <em>A.niger<\/em>, <em>Fusarium<\/em>, <em>Rhizopus<\/em> and <em>Aspergillus spp<\/em>. And the rates are 52.87, 15.92, 11.78, 10.19, 6.69 and 2.55%, respectively. Also, results of detection of Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) using Thin-Layer Chromatography )TLC( of thin film chromatography revealed the ability of <em>A.flavus<\/em> isolates to produce AFB1 toxin in liquid medium at different concentrations. Results of AFB1 venom determination by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) showed the most fluorescent isolation on (TLC). High capacity to produce toxin in liquid medium, reaching 22.6 ppb \/ 25 ml. The molecular diagnosis of <em>A.flavus<\/em> isolate, which produces the most toxin, showed a 97% match with the toxin-producing <em>A.flavus<\/em> isolates in the Genetic data bank (GDB), as the nucleotide sequence was deposited in the Global Genebank under the MN960162 bank code. The results of the parameters test in inhibition of <em>A.flavus<\/em> isolate showed a significant superiority (P &lt;0.05) for the two treatments of\u00a0 Phylex and Nano Magnesium Oxide (MgO NPs) , as the rates of inhibition of the fungus on Potato dextrose Agar (PDA) medium for Phylex were 71, 85, 100 and 100% for concentrations of 0.1, 0.15, 0.2 and 0.3%, respectively. As for the treatment of nanoparticle magnesium oxide MgONPs, it caused inhibition of 81.66, 89.33, 98 and 100% concentrations of 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2%, respectively. The results showed that there were significant differences between the two treatments of\u00a0 <em>Ganoderma lucidum <\/em>powder and <em>Calotropis procera<\/em> (latex), compared with the control treatment. <em>G. lucidum<\/em> powder inhibited the growth of <em>A.flavus<\/em> on PDA medium by 54.4, 51.66, 46.33, 39.11 and 18.22% for concentrations of 2.5, 5, 10, 250 and 1000 mg, respectively. As for the milky liquid of <em>C. procera<\/em> (latex), it gave inhibition ratios of 53.33, 57.77, 59 and 64.88% at concentrations 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.5% respectively. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the agents in reducing AFB1 toxin in vitro, the best concentrations were tested from the experiment inhibition of <em>A.flavus<\/em> on PDA in the reduction of AFB1 toxin on Yeast extract sucrose broth medium (YES), as the results indicated that the parameters: Phylex 0.2 ml, MgONPs 1.5 g , <em>G. lucidum<\/em> powder 5 mg and <em>C. procera<\/em> (latex) 0.5 ml had reduction ratios of 92.13, 63.42, 27.63 and 74.28%, respectively. The results of a storage experiment showed to inhibit the growth of <em>A.flavus<\/em> and prevent its production of AFB1 on <em>Maiza<\/em> grains toxin. Inhibition ratios were 93.3, 61.0, 52.9 and 74.9% for Phylex treatments 0.2 ml, MgONPs 1.5 mg,<em> G.lucidum <\/em>powder 5 mg and <em>C.procera<\/em> (latex) 0.5 ml respectively. Whereas, the results of AFB1 reduction on maize grains under storage conditions showed a significant superiority for the Phylex treatments, <em>G.lucidum<\/em> powder 1000 mg and the milky liquid <em>of C.procera<\/em> (latex) over the other treatments, as the reduction ratios reached 91.38, 88.64 and 77.85% over the other treatments. Straight. Whereas, the two treatments of 1.5g MgONPs and <em>G.lucidum<\/em> powder 5 mg did not show significant differences between them, as the reduction ratios were 35.73 and 22.17%, respectively. Phylex treatment increased the protein content of maize grains by 2.8%, and reduced carbohydrates by 0.022%. The treatment of MgONPs did not affect the proportion of protein, but raised the proportion of carbohydrates, the ratios were 2.1 and 0.029%, respectively. While the powdered treatment of <em>G.lucidum<\/em> reduced the protein by 1.4% and increased the carbohydrates by 0.025% compared to the comparison treatment 2.1 and 0.024%, respectively. Whereas, adding <em>C.procera<\/em> (latex) reduced the protein content to 1.8% and raised the carbohydrate ratio by 0.026%.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"direction: ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">Recommendations<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"direction: ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">1. Treating stored yellow corn kernels with Felix preparation to prevent contamination with <em>A.flavus<\/em> and AFB1.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"direction: ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">2. The possibility of spraying magnesium oxide nanoparticles in Maiza to protect it from <em>A.flavus<\/em> contamination.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"direction: ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">3. Use of <em>G. Lucidum<\/em> powder in fogging Maiza, whether they are intended for human or animal consumption, for their ability to inhibit <em>A.flavus<\/em> fungus and reduce AFB1 toxin.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"direction: ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">4. Study the effect of <em>G. Lucidum<\/em> powder in inhibiting other fungi.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"direction: ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">5. Conducting extensive studies to study the reduction efficiency of <em>G. Lucidum<\/em> powder towards other mycotoxins.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"direction: ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">6.
