    In our research, nickel-Ferrite (NFO) nanocomposite was prepared by two methods, one of which is a chemical method and the other a physical method. The chemical method Sol-Gel is called a spontaneous reaction using citric acid as fuel and metal nitrates. As for the physical method, it is DC reactive magnetron sputtering using sheets of pure metals and oxygen gas. The films were deposited on glass substrates and then the powder was extracted from those films.<\/span><\/h4>\n

    After the powder preparation process, the compositional tests were performed for the prepared nickel frit using the two methods mentioned previously with a powder from previously prepared compounds, which are barium fright (BFO) and zincin ferrite (NZFO). The compositional tests included both X-ray diffraction (XRD) and (FE-SEM) and (EDS) in order to confirm the acquisition of the compound, to determine the granular size and to know the purity of the prepared compounds. It was found that the compound prepared by the method of electron spraying has a small granular size and high purity, and that the compound prepared by the Soul Gel method has good crystallization, and that from both methods we obtained a nanopowder. And then (VSM) test to determine the magnetic properties of the compounds studied.<\/span><\/h4>\n

    Later on, a polymeric based composite supported with the aforementioned ferritic compounds of different proportions and thicknesses ranging (1-1.4 mm) was prepared to obtain an insulator with different insulating properties. The next step was to test the electrical properties of these composites by checking a (LCR meter) in the range (5 – 50 Hz).<\/span><\/h4>\n

    The electrical tests indicated that the true dielectric constant decreased with increasing frequency and that the reinforcement ratios of the different compositions were the best percentage for the compound (Epoxy \/ NFO 5%), which has a high dielectric constant.<\/span><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
