As for the student community, it represents all second inter mediate school students who like their teachers like the current research sample, the research sample for teachers is from (32) teachers and schools distributed equally between the two groups, on the sample of students consisted of (320) male and female students distributed equally between the two groups, and the number of students of each teacher was chosen in a proportional random sampling method, i.e. according to the number of students that each teacher studies in relation to the total number of the sample, as for the choice of for students of each teacher, it has been determined using the systematic random sample method.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"direction: ltr;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">The researcher conducted parity between the teachers of the two research groups in the variables (gender, educational qualification, the number of<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"direction: ltr;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">previous training courses that they underwent, the number of years of service), and was keen to control some non-experimental variables that could affect the integrity of the design of the research.
