(C<sub>17<\/sub>H<sub>10<\/sub>N<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>10<\/sub>S.2HCl).A new dinuclear metal complexes of the ligand (L-as-am) with\u00a0 M(II)=(Co, Ni, Cu and Zn) were prepared by the reaction of\u00a0 2mole of\u00a0 metal (II) chloride and 1mole of (L-as-am) ligand in presence of\u00a0 4mole\u00a0 of potassium hydroxide\u00a0 with (M:L) (2:1) ratio . This study are confirmed by using the analysis of\u00a0 (TLC) ,\u00a0 U.V-Vis \u2013spectroscopy , FT-IR spectra,\u00a0 mass spectra, magnetic\u00a0 susceptibilities\u00a0 at room\u00a0 temperature 298k, molar conductance\u00a0 measurments\u00a0 and molar ratio\u00a0 method , gaving\u00a0 the\u00a0 following\u00a0 molecular\u00a0 formula:-<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">[Co<sub>2<\/sub>(L-as-am-2H<sup>+<\/sup>)Cl<sub>2<\/sub>.4H<sub>2<\/sub>O]<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000080\">[Ni<sub>2<\/sub>(L-as-am-2H<sup>+<\/sup>)Cl<sub>2<\/sub>.4H<sub>2<\/sub>O]<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000080\">[Cu<sub>2<\/sub>(L-as-am-2H<sup>+<\/sup>)Cl<sub>2<\/sub>.4H<sub>2<\/sub>O]<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">[Zn<sub>2<\/sub>(L-as-am-2H<sup>+<\/sup>)Cl<sub>2<\/sub>.4H<sub>2<\/sub>O]<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">It is concluded that all metal complexes of (L-as-am) ligand coordinated\u00a0 behaves with\u00a0 the\u00a0 metal\u00a0 ions\u00a0 as\u00a0 a bidentate\u00a0 from\u00a0 each side .According from the above result the proposal\u00a0 geometry of\u00a0 M(II)=(Co, Ni, Cu and Zn) metal complexes are octahedral .The biological activities study of the ligand (L-as-am) and its metal complexes which are M(II)=(Co, Ni, Cu and Zn) are performed against two strains of pathogenic bacteria Gram positive\u00a0 are\u00a0 <em>staphylo coccus aureus<\/em> , <em>staphylococcus epidermidis<\/em> .
