      \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 This work included major stages, a stage in which bacterial samples are collected from different injuries such as burns and wounds, and from different clinical cases for both sexes and for different ages between (11-58 years) for incoming and outgoing patients in a number of hospitals in Babil Governorate (Hilla Teaching Hospital, Teaching Laboratories and Hospital Imam Ali) and for the period from October 30, 2019 to January 22, 2020, the number of samples that were collected was (63)\u060c The number of samples on which the physical methods were applied were (8 samples)\u060c And blood agar and Brain heart agar), and the purpose of the culture is to obtain pure bacterial isolates which were for (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and (Staphylococcus aureus), depending on their phenotypic characteristics<\/span><\/h3>\n

      The next stage is to expose these bacteria and they were diagnosed to a set of different physical influences by exposing these bacterial models to radioactive sources, as the isotope of cesium (Cs137) and the isotope of cobalt (Co60) were used that emit beta particles and gamma rays, effectively (1\u00b5ci) and (10\u00b5ci) With acceptable doses for a period of (1h-2h-3h), the bacterial samples were exposed to the magnetized water that was prepared using the magnetization device designed and implemented by researchers at the College of Education \/ Ibn Al-Haytham, by magnetizing the distilled water in the device for different periods (h3-1h-2h) Exposing the bacteria to a period of (1\/2h-1h-2h-3h) at a height of (8ml) and (10ml), as was the use of a continuous pattern laser for a period of (10min-20min-30min), and after completing the exposure process for each of the three methods, Cultivation of these exposed models in agricultural circles and placed in the incubator for a period of (24h), as the extent of a change in the external shape of the resulting bacterial colonies was observed, (This work was done in the laboratories of the College of Science \/ Al-Mustansiriya University)<\/span><\/h3>\n

      The technique of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) has been adopted, which is an important basis for many genetic tests to determine the gene responsible for resistance to these physical methods, and by using this technology copies of very small amounts of DNA are amplified, and upon adopting this technology to examine the gene (Sak) showed that positive isolates It has this gene in the size of (492) base pair when compared to the (DNA) ladder after exposure to the semiconductor laser as well as irradiation with the cobalt isotope (Co60) at different exposure times for (S. aureus) bacteria that were subjected to mutagenesis, and after obtaining Thus results for the purpose of reducing the growth of bacteria and trying to inhibit their growth, a second physical method is used after using the first method, and with the same previous method, the methods are repeated and upon cultivation, complete killing rates of bacteria were obtained up to (100<\/span><\/h3>\n

      The results obtained from the use of these different physical methods showed that they are all effective, the most effective was by using two methods in which a 100% killing rate was obtained, namely the irradiation method and the laser method which is the best in eliminating bacterial communities under the skin due to the high impact on bacteria (S. aureus) and (P.aeruginosa).<\/span><\/h3>\n

      From the two previous methods, the best results were obtained in changing the resulting bacterial composition or eliminating bacteria, which is observed through the external appearance and it is quick (needs less time) than it is by using magnetic water, which is also effective, but it needs more time, the methods have shown The three used mean differences are generally significant for most of the experiments and according to the Duncan polynomial test, and it is possible to conclude an appropriate method in treating infection with these types of bacteria, especially burns and wounds, by combining more than one method.<\/span><\/h3>\n

      \u00a0\u00a0 Finally, we would like to show that the current study is one of the most important and vital studies, because it gives an effective and cheap treatment for many diseases caused by bacteria, in addition to some of the results of the current study presented for the first time according to the researchers’ knowledge<\/span><\/h3>\n
