    Abstract<\/span><\/h3>\n

    In this study, the semiconducting elements radii and superconducting elements for Silicon, Germanium and Strontium nuclei were calculated because of their great importance as they are used in many fields such as fiber optic systems and electronic and electrical applications such as Germanium or in optical signals such as Strontium or in the transistors manufacture and chips Integrated circuits such as Silicon. The nuclear properties of superconducting elements were studied in terms of atomic masses of isotopes that measured by atomic mass unit (u), half-life measured in seconds or parts of a second, decay mode, spin, parity, and natural abundance. The deformation coefficients (\u03b2_2, \u03b4) and the low electrical transition potential (B (E2) \u2191, which is measured in e2b2 units, and the electric quadrupole moment Qo, measured in the barn unit) were calculated. As they were mentioned in the global libraries and compare with the calculated theoretical values for each of (\u03b2_2, \u03b4) in Raman and the selection of six Germanium isotopes Ge-34……Ge-44 for even nuclei only. In addition to square calculation, the average nuclear radius Ro2 and the selection of (12) Strontium isotopes and their comparison with the same previous source. Also, the radii of the aforementioned even-even nuclei were calculated based on the deformation coefficients values and the radius mean square root \u3016<r^2>\u3017^(1\/2)fm then calculating the difference in radii \u0394R1, \u0394R2 and \u0394R3 Based on gamma energy taken from Friston in KeV units, calculating the transition potential T in Sec units, and calculating the mean half -life in units of one second or parts of a second. Results in 3D shapes of deformation Quaternary axially symmetric isotopes of Silicon, Germanium and Strontium.<\/span><\/h3>\n
