Parameters estimation is an important problem in Non-Linear system modeling and control. Therefore, this thesis considers three Meta Heuristics algorithms (BAT, Gravitational Search, and Bald Eagle Search) to estimate the parameters of the three types of Non-Linear Regression models (Misra1d, Meyer4, and MGH09). These types of models have different parameters numbers as; The first model (Misra1d) contains two parameters of the Non-Linear Regression model, while the second model (Meyer 4) contains three parameters \u00a0and the MGH09 model contains four parameters.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Then, the Non-Linear Regression models are estimated by two classical estimation methods (Maximum Likelihood Estimation and Least Square)<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Finally, a simulation study is considered to compare and investigate the performance of the Meta Heuristics algorithms with the classical methods based on the criteria of Mean Squared Error.Matlab version 2015 will be used to obtain the numerical results.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\">The results showed that the Bald Eagle Search algorithm provides accurate estimates and satisfactory for the parameter estimation since it has less Mean Squared Error than the other considered estimation techniques (Meta Heuristics algorithms and classical estimation methods)<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Recommendations for Future Researchers<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\">In this section, some suggestions for further studies were presented as follows:<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Despite Meta Heuristic algorithms have been successfully used to solve complex problems, there is no standard algorithm for all problems. Therefore, recommend the researchers for using other algorithms to compare with the algorithms used in the research, such as the Artificial Bee or ant Colony algorithms.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Different optimization algorithms have different strengths and weaknesses.
