The results also showed that the number of positive isolates in women with diabetes and in healthy people was more than in men, as the number of infections in women with candidiasis for diabetics and healthy people was 10, 25, respectively, while the number of men infected with candidiasis for diabetics and healthy people was 16, 2 respectively.There were 28 positive isolates from the mouth for diabetic patients, and the age group 51-70 years old recorded the most infection with candidiasis, at a rate of 57.14%, while the age group 20-30 years had the lowest percentage of candidiasis and reached 14.29%, while in healthy people, 10 positive\u00a0 isolated from the mouth were the highest is the age group 20-30 in which candida spp. appeared at a rate of 60%, while the two age groups 31-40 and 51-70 years old had the lowest percentage of candida spp. appearance, reaching 10% for each group.Five positive isolates were collected from the urine of diabetic patients and two positive isolates from healthy people, and the group 51-70 years old recorded the highest percentage of candida spp. at 80% and 100% in diabetic and healthy patients, respectively. 2 positive isolates were isolated from the vagina of women with diabetes, with one isolate for each category 20-30 years and 31-40 years, at a rate of 50% for each, while 6 isolates were recorded from the vagina in healthy people, and 4 isolates were recorded for the 20-30 year old group, at a rate of 66.66%,\u00a0 and one isolate for each of the two age groups: 31-40 years and 41-50 years, with a rate of 16.66% for each category.Colonies of the Candida spp. appeared in a circular or convex oval shape with a creamy white color, shiny and soft to the touch when grown on SDA medium. As for healthy people, the most infected species\u00a0 was C. dublieniensis, at 55.56%, followed by C.albicans with a rate of 33.33%, followed by C.tropecalis with a rate of 11.11%, and the mouth recorded the most isolates infected from the vagina and urine, which were 10 isolates, followed by the vagina, then urine, with a number of 6, 2 respectively.The results showed that all C.albicans isolates of diabetic patients were able to form biofilms, while biofilms formed three out of 6 isolates of healthy people. The concentration of DNA after being measured in a Specteophotometer Nanodrop at wavelengths of 260 and 280 nm was an ideal concentration to complete the PCR process.DNA samples extracted from Candida spp.\u00a0 were used to detect the types of genes studied, and they included 20 isolates of four species\u00a0 of Candida 1-9 C. albicans, 10-16 C. galabrata, 17-18 C. dublienensis, 19-20 C. tropicals, with the highest degree The concentration of DNA was in C. glabrata in isolates No. 13 and 14, reaching 250.79 and 82.08 ng respectively, followed by C. albicans, where isolates No.\u00a0 6 and 7 recorded a concentration of 33.79 and 32.52 ng respectively, while the concentration of DNA was for C. tropicalis was low in isolates No. 19 and 20 as it was 6.45 ngfor both.Isolate No. 3 of C. albicans recorded the highest degree of DNA purity, followed by isolate 14 of C. glabrata, and isolate 17 of C. dubliniensis, which were 1.86, 1.84, 1.82 nmrespectively, While the lowest degree of purity was recorded for isolate No. 4 of C. .albicans reaching1.58 nm.
