Solving Influenza Epidemic Model by Modified Numerical Simulation Technique<\/span><\/h3>\n

Abstract<\/span><\/h3>\n

The aim of this thesis is a modified method that solve statistic-deterministic autonomous non-linear system of ordinary differential equations \u00a0of the first order with the initial value problems \u00a0that containing multi-variables and multi-parameters when these parameters are missing their real data. These parameters are supposed random variables that have private distribution. To solve the mentioned system, a modified numerical simulation method, which is called Mean Latin Hypercube Runge Kutta (), is created for the first time. The mentioned method can be obtained by combining the Runge-Kutta \u00a0method with the statistical simulation process which is the Latin Hypercube Sampling () method. The \u00a0method considers a middle between the statistical simulation process and numerical methods. The convergence of the proposed numerical statistical method can be gotten with fewer numerical iterations and statistical simulation repetitions. \u00a0method is better than the previous method. The \u00a0method gives values closer to the numerical solutions than the previous method.<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The present work is applied to influenza epidemic model in Australia for a previous study. The comparison among the numerical deterministic solutions of numerical methods (Runge-Kutta of order 4, Runge-Kutta of order 45 methods and numerical simulation statistic-deterministic results of \u00a0method, is discussed and tabulated. The behavior of sub populations is shown graphically. Matlab is used as a simulation tool in applying mathematical and models graphical to show obviously the behavior of the results.<\/span><\/h3>\n
