استضافت وحدة العلاقات الثقافية في كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة (ابن الهيثم) وبالتعاون مع اللجنة الثقافية في قسم علوم الحياة التدريسي في قسم الهندسة البيئية في كلية الهندسة في الجامعة المستنصرية الاستاذ مساعد الدكتور محمد نصيف عباس لالقاء محاضرة علمية بعنوان (مستوى المتبقيات الصفري – ZRL)  على قاعة المرحوم الاستاذ الدكتور فهد علي حسين .

 

واستهل المحاضر محاضرته بالتعرض الى اهم المشاكل البيئية التي تواجهها البيئة الطبيعية المحيطة بنا والتحديات الواجب علينا كبشر مستنزفين للموارد البيئية الطبيعية مواجهتها و التوازن الذي يجب الحفاظ عليه بين الاستنزاف لهذه الموارد و بين المحافظة على البيئة نظيفة و صحية.

 

ومن ثم تطرق المحاضر الى ماهية التلوث البيئي والكوارث البيئية التي نعاني منها اليوم واهم اسبابها ومن ثم تطرق باسهاب الى بيان مفهوم مستوى المتبقيات الصفري (Zero Residue Level – ZRL) على انه هو الحد الذي تكون عنده كمية المخلفات (واحدة أو اكثر، مجتمعة أو مفردة) سواء كانت مادة خام أو متخلفة من أي نشاط عملي (مختبري أو ريادي أو حقلي) أو ناتجة من أي عملية معالجة لعنصر أو اكثر من عناصر البيئة (ماء ،هواء ، تربة ، فضاء) تساوي أو تقترب من الصفر بعد إعادة تدويرها (فيزيائيا أو كيميائيا أو بايولوجيا) بطريقة واحدة أو عدة طرق مفيدة وإقتصادية وصديقة للبيئة وقابلة للتطبيق مقارنة بكميتها الأصلية قبل إعادة التدوير.

The researcher started his lecture with  the most important environmental problems in our nature and the challenges we must as human depleting of the natural environmental resources, facing them and the balance And the balance to be maintained between attrition of these resources and between maintaining the environment clean and health

The lecturer then referred to the environmental pollution and environmental disasters that we are experiencing today and the main reasons, and then he elaborated on the concept of Zero Residue Level (ZRL) as the limit on which the amount of waste (one or more, combined or single) Whether it is raw or backward from any practical activity (laboratory, pilot or field) or resulting from any processing of one or more elements of the environment (water, air, soil, space) equal or approaching zero after recycling (physically or Chemically or biologically) in one or several useful, economical, environmentally friendly and comparable ways Originally Bkamitha before recycling
