الطباعة الحجرية النانوية -Nanolithography

 

اقام قسم علوم الفيزياء في كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة (ابن الهيثم) دورة ( بعنوان الطباعة الحجرية النانوية -Nanolithography) حاضر فيها تدريسيا قسم علوم الفيزياء (أ.د. سمير عطا مكي و م.د. ضحى مولود عبد اللطيف) اضافة الى استضافة التدريسيين من قسم الفيزياء في كلية التربية / الجامعة المستنصرية (, أ.م.د. أحمد ناجي عبد , أ.م.د. ماجد حميد حسون) وذلك على قاعة المناقشات في قسم الفيزياء.

واستهل المحاضرون ببيان مصطلح الطباعة الحجرية النانوية ب ( Nanolithography)على انه عملية تصنيع الهياكل والأجسام على المستوى النانوي، ونقصد بتلك الهياكل كل النماذج ذات أحد الأبعاد الجانبية على الأقل يتراوح حجمها بين ذرةٍ واحدةٍ و100 نانومتراً تقريباً. حيث تستخدم الطباعة الحجرية النانوية في أثناء عملية تصنيع دارات أشباه الموصلات المتكاملة semiconductor integrated circuits: .
حيث أصبح مجال الطباعة النانوية الحجرية مجالاً خصباً وثرياً للبحث الأكاديمي والصناعي منذ عام 2007 م.

أ- الطباعه الضوئية النانوية .
ب- الطباعه النانوية باستخدام الحزم الالكترونية .
ج- الطباعه النانوية باستخدام الاشعه السينية .

(The department of Physics holds a seminar entitled (The Nano lithography

The department of Physics in college of education for pure science (Ibn Al-Haitham)held a seminar entitled (The Nanolithography)read by prof.Dr.Sameer Atta Maki and the instructor Dhuha Maulood Abdullatif in addition to the hosted instructors from college of education in Al-Mustansyria University Asst.prof.Dr.Ahmed Naji Abid ,Asst.prof.Dr.Majid Hameed Hasoon at the hall of discussions in the department of Physics.

The lecturers identified the (Nano lithography )is a process of manufacturing  the nano scales structures and objects. These structures mean all the patterns have at least one side dimensions ,their size is between one atom and 100 nano meter approximately where it used in manufacturing the semiconductor integrated circuits. The field of Nano has become rich and fertile for the industrial and academic research since 2007.

The origin of lithography, the basic methods of Nano particles of printing, its negatives and positives aspects  and its types are

C – Printing nano particles using x – rays
