الادارة .. علم وفن

اقام قسم علوم الحياة في كلية التربية لللعوم الصرفة (ابن الهيثم) ندوة علمية بعنوان (الادارة .. علم وفن) حاضرت فيها التدريسيتان في القسم (أ.م.د. مي فيصل احمد و المدرس عبير محمد يوسف) على قاعة السيمنار في القسم بحضور تدريسيي القسم.

واستهلت الندوة بتعريف الادارة من وجهتي نظر مختلفتين هما باعتبارها فن و الاخرى باعتبارها علم ونوقش اسس كل من هاتين الوجهتين.

كما تم بيان مفهوم ادارة الموارد البشرية وتخطيط الموارد البشرية والتعيين والاختبار وادارة الاداء (التقيييم والتقويم ) والتدريب والتطوير والمخاطبات وادارة الحوافز وكيفيت التعامل مع الموارد البشرية في العالم لتحقيق اهداف علمية وتربوية للوصول الى اداء ونتائج افضل .

The department of Biology organizes a seminar entitled (The management …        science and Art

The department of Biology in college of education for pure science (Ibn Al-Haitham) held a seminar read by (Asst.prof.Dr. Mai Faisal Ahmed and the instructor Abeer Mohammed Yousif) at the hall of seminar in the department.

The lecturer identified the management  from different views  as art and science where it has been discussed the bases of these two sides as well as  it was discussed the management the human resources, the planning of human resources, the appointment , testing ,the management of performance (evaluation),training, development ,speeches ,the management of incentives, how to deal with the human resources in the world to achieve the scientific and educational aims to reach best results and performance
