ورشة عمل حول (الجرائم الالكترونية)

 

اقام قسم علوم الحياة في كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة (ابن الهيثم) ورشة عمل حول (الجرائم الالكترونية) استضاف فيها التدريسي في قسم علوم الفيزياء الدكتور علي عدنان نعمة وذلك علي قاعة الندوات في قسم علوم الحياة وبحضور عدد من تدريسيي الكلية.

واستهل المحاضر ورشة العمل يتطورات الحياة اليومية وتلتطور المطرد في استخدام التكنولوجيا و التي ادت الى ظهور نوع جديد من الجرائم و المجرمين وسلوك مخال ف للقانون ومتنوع الاوجه هو الجرائم الالكترونية.

وبين الدكتور علي عدنان ماهية هذه الجرائم بانها كل سلوك غير قانوني يتم باستخدام الاجهزة الإلكترونية ، ينتج عنها حصول المجرم على فوائد مادية أو معنوية مع تحميل الضحية خسارة مقابلة وغالبا ما يكون هدف هذه الجرائم هو القرصنة من أجل سرقة أو إتلاف المعلومات سواء كان ذلك بأسلوب مباشر أو غير مباشر بالاستعانة بشبكات الاتّصال الحديثة كالإنترنت وما تتبعها من أدوات كالبريد الإلكتروني وغرف المُحادثة ، والهواتف المحمولة وما تتبعها من أدوات كرسائل الوسائط المتعدّدة.

كما تطرق الى ذكر التسلسل التاريخي لتطور الجرائم الالكترونية عبر التاريخ و بيان انواعها وبالتفصيل اضافة الى مخاطرها و اهم خصائصها والاهداف من وراءها و اهم ادواتها التي يتم من خلالها عملية الاستغلال او تشويه و رسرقة البيانات.

كما صنف المحاضر مرتكبوا هذه الجرائم الى عدة طوائف تتدرج حسب امكانياتهم البرمجية و اعمارهم واهدافهم التي يسعون الى تحقيقها بدءا من القراصنة بنوعيها الهواة و المحترفين اضافة الى الحاقدين و المتطرفين الفكريين انتهاءا بالمتجسسين على البيانات و مخترقي الانظمة.

واعطى المحاضر في نهاية ورشة العمل الى عدد من التوصيات الغاية منها الحد من هذه الجرائم على ان تجتمع عدة مقومات منها توفر الثقافة العامة في التعامل من البيانات الشخصية و استخدام برامج الحماية اضافة الى توافر تشريعات قانونية لمحاسبة مسيئي استخدام وسائل التكنولوجيا ومظاهرها في التطفل و سرقة البيانات الشخصية و العامة واختراق الخصوصية .

(The department of Biology holds a workshop entitled (The Electronic crimes

The department of Biology in college of education for pure science (Ibn Al-Haitham)held a seminar entitled (The electronic crimes ) hosted Dr.Ali Adnan Naima from department of Physics at the hall of seminars in the same department attended by professors from the college .

The lecturer started his lecture with the developments of daily life and the progressive development in use the technology that led to emergence new type of crimes and criminals, behavior contrary to the laws multi-facets is the electronic crimes.

Dr.Ali Dr. Adnan described these crimes as illegal behavior using electronic devices, resulting in criminal or material benefits, with the victim being charged with a corresponding loss. The aim of these crimes is to hack or steal information, whether directly or indirectly. Or using modern networks such as the Internet and the following tools such as e-mail, chat rooms, mobile phones and the following tools such as multimedia messages.

 He also referred to the historical sequence of the evolution of electronic crimes through history, its types and details, in addition to its risks, its most important characteristics, its objectives and the most important tools through which the process of exploiting or distorting the data

It also categorized the perpetrators of these crimes into several groups ranging according to their software capabilities and their ages and goals that they seek to achieve, starting with hackers, both amateur and professional, in addition to the hateful, extremist intellectuals, ending the spies on the data and hackers systems

He gave the lecturer at the end of the workshop to a number of recommendations aimed at reducing these crimes and meet several components, including general culture in dealing with personal data and use of protection programs in addition to the availability of legal legislation to account for the misuse of technology and its manifestations in snooping, stealing data Personal and public privacy breach
