أنماط اجترار الافكار وعلاقتها بالضغوط النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة

ملخص البحث

       يستهدف البحث التعرف على:

1. أنماط اجترار الأفكار لدى طلبة الجامعة .

2. الفروق في أنماط اجترار الأفكار لدى طلبة الجامعة على وفق متغيري الجنس (ذكور ,  وإناث), والتخصص الدراسي (علمي , وإنساني).

3. الضغوط النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة.

4. الفروق في الضغوط النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة على وفق متغيري الجنس (ذكور , وإناث), والتخصص الدراسي (علمي , وإنساني).

5. العلاقة بين الضغوط النفسية وأنماط اجترار الأفكار لدى طلبة الجامعة.

6. مدى إسهام الضغوط النفسية في أنماط اجترار الافكار لدى طلبة الجامعة.

    تألفت العينة من (300) طالب وطالبة من (6) كليات اختيروا بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية ذات التوزيع المتناسب بواقع (126) طالباً وطالبة من (3) كليات إنسانية بواقع }(51) ذكوراً و(75) إناثاً{ ، و(174) طالباً وطالبة من (3) كليات علمية بواقع                        } (75) ذكوراً و(99) إناثاً {.

      تم تبني مقياس أنماط اجترار الأفكار  لـ سيريكي ( Sireki, 2010) لانماط اجترار الأفكار بعد التحقق من صدق ترجمته باسلوب ( الترجمة والترجمة العكسية ) ، ويتكون من (3) مقاييس فرعية مستقلة: { اجترار الحزن (13) فقرة ، واجترار الاستجابة (10) فقرات ، واجترار الغضب (19) فقرة }. ومقياس الضغوط النفسية لـ ( الجميلي ، 2007 ) ,ويتكون من (24) فقرة.

     تم التحقق من الخصائص السايكومترية لأداتي البحث ,و الصدق الظاهري والصدق البنائي , والثبات بطريقتي: الاختبار وإعادة الاختبار , والفاكرونباخ .

    ثم معالجة البيانات باستعمال الوسائل الإحصائية الآتية: ( الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة , والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين , ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون , ومربع كاي , تحليل التباين الثنائي ذو التفاعل , وتحليل الانحدار الثنائي) .

 وتم التوصل الى النتائج الآتية:

1. يعاني طلبة الجامعة من انماط اجترار افكار (الحزن , والاستجابة , والغضب).

2. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في انماط اجترار افكار (الحزن , والاستجابة , والغضب) على وفق متغيري الجنس (ذكور , وإناث ) , والتخصص الدراسي (علمي , وإنساني ) لدى طلبة الجامعة .

3. يعاني طلبة الجامعة من الضغوط النفسية .

4. توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الضغوط النفسية وفقاً للجنس لصالح الإناث , ووجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية وفقاً للتخصص الدراسي لصالح التخصص الإنساني , ولا توجد فروق في التفاعل بين الجنس والتخصص الدراسي في الضغوط النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة .

5. وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة احصائياً بين اجترار افكار الحزن والضغوط النفسية وفقاً للتخصص الدراسي (علمي , وإنساني ) , والجنس (ذكور ,وإناث ) لدى طلبة الجامعة.

6. وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة احصائياً بين اجترار افكار الاستجابة والضغوط النفسية وفقاً للتخصص الدراسي (علمي , وإنساني ) , والجنس (ذكور , وإناث ) لدى طلبة الجامعة.

7. وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة احصائياً بين اجترار افكار الغضب والضغوط النفسية ووفقاً للتخصص الدراسي (علمي , وإنساني ) , والجنس (ذكور , وإناث ) لدى طلبة الجامعة .

8. وجود إسهام للضغوط النفسية في أنماط اجترار افكار (الحزن , والاستجابة , والغضب) لدى طلبة الجامعة .

    وقدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.

The Abstract

       The search aims to identify

Types of Rumination among University Students

Differences in Types of Rumination among University Students according to variables Sex  (Male – Female) & Academic Specialization (Scientific – Human).

Psychological pressures of University Students.

Differences in Psychological Stress among University Students according to variables Sex  (Male – Female) & Academic Specialization (Scientific – Human).

The relationship between Psychological Stress & Types of Rumination among University Students.

Extent of the contribution of Psychological Stress in the Types of Rumination among University Students.

    The Sample consisted of (300) Students from (6) Colleges chosen by       Stratified Random Sample Method with a Proportional Distribution of (126) Students from (3) Humanitarian colleges by (51) Males & (75) Females, (3) Scientific Colleges by (75) Males & (99) Females.

      The Sireki (2010) Types of Rumination were adopted, the researcher translate it by (translation and reverse translation) Style. It consists of (3) measures: (10) Sorrow (13) Response  & Anger (19) Items.   Psychological Stress were adopted by ( ALJumaily, 2007), It Consists of (24) Items.

     The Psychometric properties of the Two instruments of the apparent validity, validity & construction validity were verified, & the Reliability were the verified of test re-test, & Alpha – Cronbach were verified.

     The Data were statistically analyzed using the following Statistical means (One sample T-test, Two Independent Samples T-test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Chi-square, Two Analysis with Interaction, multiple Regression Analysis).

     The following results were reached:

University Students suffer from Types of Rumination                          (Sorrow, Response, Anger).

There are no statistically significant differences in Types of Rumination (Sorrow, Response, Anger) according to the Sex  variables (Male and Female), & the Academic (Scientific – Human) Specialization among the University Students.

University Students suffer from psychological stress.

There are differences of Statistical Significance in Psychological Stress according to Sex  & for the benefit of Females & the existence of differences of statistical significance according to the Academic Specialization & the interest of the Academic Specialization, & there are no differences in the interaction between Sex  & the Academic Specialization in Psychological Stress among University Students.

There is a Positive Correlative relationship between Type of Rumination of Sorrow and Psychological Stress according to the Academic Specialization (Scientific, Human) and Sex (Male & Female) among University Students.

There is a Positive Correlative Relation between Type of Rumination of the Responses & Psychological Stress  & Sex  (Male & Female) among the University Students.

The existence of a Positive Correlation between Type of Rumination of Anger and psychological pressure according to the Academic Specialization (Scientific, Human) & Sex  (Male & Female) among the University Students.

Contribution to psychological pressure in the patterns of thinking (sadness, Response, Anger) among University Students.
