كليتنا تشارك في ورشة تدريبية ( الادارة مفتاح النجاح) في تركيا

     اقامت مؤسسة النبلاء ورشة تدريبية بعنوان (الادارة مفتاح النجاح) في تركيا (اسطنبول) شاركت فيها التدريسية في أ.م.د. مي فيصل احمد وتضمنت الورشة كثير من المحاور ومنها : ادارة الموارد البشرية والتخطيط الموارد البشرية وتحليل المهام الوظيفية والتعيين والاختيار وادارة الاداء التدريب والتطوير وعملية تقييم العمل والمراتب والمزايا والعلاقات مع الموظفين واجراءات العمل وكذلك المخاطبات وكثير من المحور والتي تم مناقشتها وحضر عدد من التدريسين من مختلف الجامعات وخرجت الورشة التدريبية بعدد من التوصيات التي تخدم هذا المجال وتكللت ورشة التدريبية بنجاح.

Our college participates in a training workshop (The Management is the key of success) in Turkey

Al-Nubala’a institution holds a training workshop entitled (The Management is the key of success)participated by Asst. prof. Dr. Mai Faisal Ahmed where the workshop included many items such as : Human Resources Management, Planning, Human Resources, Job  tasks Analysis, employment, Selection and Performance Management, Training, development, job evaluation, ranks, advantages, staff relations, working procedures, correspondence, and many other topics. The workshop was attended by instructors from different universities and finished with a number of recommendations to serve this field. The training workshop was successfully completed
