ورشة عمل حول (استخلاص المركبات الفعالة من النباتات الطبية)

 

 

 

اختتمت في المختبر الخدمي المركزي التابع لكلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة (ابن الهيثم) ورشة العمل التي اقامها المختبر حول (استخلاص المركبات الفعالة من النباتات الطبية) بالتعاون مع قسم علوم الكيمياء في الكلية واستمرت لمدة يومين وحاضر فيها تدرسيات قسم علوم الكيمياء (أ.م. رجاء كاظم ، أ.م.د.ضحى فاروق ، أ.م.د. منى سمير ، م.د. شيماء عبد سعود) و التي استمرت لمدة يومينيومين .

وتضمنت الورشة التدريب على :

1. استخلاص مركبات فعالة من النباتات الطبية.
2. تشخيص هذه المركبات .
3. دراسة الفعالية الحيوية (البايولوجية) لهذه المركبات.

وتناولت الورشة التعريف بطرق استخلاص المواد الفعالة من النباتات الطبية باستخدام احدث التقنيات والكشف عنها بالطرق الكيميائية المختلفة لغرض التعرف على تلك المركبات الفعالة والمضافات العشبية المستخدمة في تصميم الجرعات الدوائية اضافة الى آليات استخراج بعض الأدوية من النباتات الطبية والأضرار الناجمة عن سوء استخدامها. وبعد ذلك اجرى المشتركون جولة في اروقة المختبر للتعرف على الاجهزة الموجودة فيه.وفي الختام تم توزيع شهادات المشاركة من قبل ادارة المختبر الخدمي على المشتركين في ورشة العمل.

 A workshop entitled  Extraction of the active compounds from medical plants

The  central service laboratory in college of education for pure science (Ibn Al-Haitham)concluded a workshop of ( Extraction of the active compounds from medical plants)cooperated with the department of chemistry read by prof.Dr.Rajaa Kadumbid,Asst.prof.Dr.Dhuha Farooq ,Asst.prof.Dr.Muna Sameer and the instructor Shaima’a Abid Suood

The workshop included 

Extraction of active compounds from the medical planets

Diagnoses these compounds

Study the biological effectiveness for these compounds

The workshop deals with The workshop addressed the definition of methods of extracting active substances from medicinal plants using the latest techniques ,their detection by different chemical methods for the purpose of identifying these effective compounds and herbal additives used in the design of pharmaceutical doses, in addition to the mechanisms of extracting some medicines from medicinal plants , the damages resulting from their misuse. The participants were then given a tour of the laboratory’s corridors to identify the equipment in it. In the end, the certificates of participation were distributed by the Service Lab Administration to the participants in the workshop
